Conventional devices reliably detect the presence or absence of a person in the detection space by storing reflected waves of ultrasonic waves and comparing them with the reflected waves as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 56-160673. I was able to do that. Also,
As described in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 55-60582, a means for pyroelectrically generating infrared rays emitted from the human body is provided, and the presence or absence of passengers can be reliably detected by the output of the pyroelectric means. However, in both cases, the number of passengers could not be detected.

Even if such unnecessary calls occur, it is effective to not respond to them in order to improve elevator operation efficiency. By reliably detecting the number of passengers in the car, when the number of car calls is greater than the number of passengers, all car calls are canceled, or the calls are canceled if the car is unnecessary. By issuing such messages, the service can be improved.

The above purpose is to count the number of times the output of the car load detection device changes in the direction of increase in the number of passengers and the number of times the output of the car load detection device changes in the direction of decrease in the number of passengers when the elevator is stopped, and calculate the difference between the number of increases and the number of decreases. By asking, you can achieve.

First, when one passenger gets into the car, the load on the car increases, and the car load detection device changes its output in response to the increase in heel load. The increase number counting device calculates the above change by 1.
Count times. If a plurality of passengers board the car, the output of the car load detection device changes each time a passenger boards the car, so the increase count counting device counts the number of times the output changes and detects the number of passengers who have boarded the car. Furthermore, when one passenger gets off the car, the load on the car decreases, and the car load detection device changes its output in response to the decrease in heel load. The decrement counting device counts the above change as one time. If multiple passengers get off the car, the output of the car load detection device changes each time a passenger gets off, so the decrement count device counts the number of times the output changes and detects the number of passengers who get off the car. . Therefore, by subtracting the number of times counted by the number-of-decreases counter from the number of times counted by the number-of-increases counter, the actual number of passengers in the car can be detected.

The load on the car changes while the elevator is in operation, but by performing the above series of operations while the elevator is stopped, it can be made immune to changes in the load while the elevator is in operation. Furthermore, since the present invention focuses on the number of changes in the load, the number of passengers can be detected with high accuracy regardless of the weight of the passengers.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In Fig. 1, 1 is a load detection device installed between the floor of the heel 2 and the frame 3, and outputs a voltage proportional to the load of the car 2; 4 is a load detection device that outputs a voltage proportional to the load of the car 2; , a differentiating circuit that outputs a positive voltage and outputs a negative voltage at the moment when the output of the load detection device 1 decreases; 5 separates the output of the differentiating circuit into positive and negative, binarizes it, and then outputs two outputs. A binarization circuit, 6 is an increase count circuit that integrates the positive output of the binarization circuit 5, 7 is a decrease count circuit that integrates the negative output of the binarization circuit 5, and 8 is an increase count circuit. 6
a subtraction circuit that calculates the number of passengers by subtracting the data of the reduction number counting circuit from the data; 9 is a control circuit that controls the increase number counting circuit 6, the reduction number counting circuit 7, and the subtraction circuit 8; 10;
11 is an elevator control device, and 11 is a display device that outputs a message to passengers to cancel unnecessary calls when there are more calls than passengers.

First, at a certain time t1 in FIG. 2, when a passenger gets on the heel 2, the output of the load detection device 1 increases as shown in FIG. 2A. Then, the differentiating circuit 4 outputs a positive pulse-like output as shown in FIG. 2B.

The output passes through the binarization circuit 5 and is applied as a pulse output as shown in FIG. 2C to the increase number counting circuit 6, which integrates the number of input pulses. On the other hand, at a certain time t2 in FIG. 2, when a passenger gets off the car, the output of the load detection device 1 decreases as shown in FIG. 2A. Then, the differentiating circuit 4 outputs a negative pulse-like output as shown in FIG.
Decrease count circuit 7 as a pulse output as shown in the figure.
, and the number of decreases counting circuit 7 integrates the number of input pulses. Finally, in the subtraction circuit 8, the number of passengers can be determined by subtracting the integrated value of the decrease number counting circuit 7 from the integrated value of the increase number counting circuit 6.

Incidentally, while the elevator is in operation, the output of the load output detection device 1 increases or decreases due to acceleration or deceleration, but according to a command from the control circuit 9, the output of the load output detection device 1 increases or decreases only when the elevator is stopped. The decrement count circuit 7 and the subtraction circuit 8 perform calculations to prevent false detection of the number of passengers.

The number of passengers detected as described above is output from the subtraction circuit 8 to the elevator control device 1o. The elevator control device 10 compares the number of passengers and the number of registered calls, and when the number of passengers is less than the number of registered calls, a display circuit 11 issues a message to the passengers asking them to press the call button if they are not needed. .

This display will continue until the number of passengers is equal to or less than the number of passengers. In addition, elevators have a function that closes the doors and turns off the lights for a certain period of time after a car call is stopped, and enters a waiting state. Avoid closing the door when you are there.

An embodiment of the present invention has been described above. In the above, a message is output when the number of passengers is less than the number of car calls registered, but all car calls are canceled without being displayed. This is also easily conceivable. Furthermore, when the passenger is in the car after the car has stopped calling, the door is not closed. At this time, the display circuit 11 prompts the passenger to press the car call button or to ask him to get off the car. It is also easily possible to output a message such as a prompt. Further, the display circuit 11 may be a visual one or an auditory one.

本実施例によれば、乗客員数を正確に検出できる。According to this embodiment, the number of passengers can be detected accurately.

According to the present invention, since the number of passengers can be reliably detected, when the number of car calls is greater than the number of passengers in the car, all car calls are canceled or passengers are instructed to cancel unnecessary calls. This has the effect of improving the efficiency of elevator operation since it is possible to send out a message.

Also, after a certain period of time has passed after the car call is stopped, the door will be closed, the lights will be turned off for a certain period of time, and the car will go into standby.
The number of passengers should be O. At this time, according to the output of this device,
When a passenger is inside the car, controls such as not closing the door can be carried out to provide security effects.
