This type of conventional tilting is as shown in Figure 1.
After attaching many hinges b to the lower end of the gate body a, the gate body a was mounted on the floor frame c of the loading platform, which required a large number of hinges b.
Drilling and bolt fastening work for positioning each hinge b became troublesome, and a great deal of labor and time was spent on the assembly. In addition, since the hinge b and the fastening bolt protrude outside, it is unfavorable in appearance and may be dangerous if they come into contact with each other. There is also a risk of rainwater entering through the mounting portion of the hinge b, and furthermore, since the gate body a is placed on the loading platform, there is a problem that the loading platform volume becomes small.

This idea was made with the intention of solving the above problem.A hinge part is integrally formed at the bottom of the gate body, and this hinge part needs to be fixed to the side edge of the platform floor frame. By pivoting to the minimum number of brackets, there is no need for hinges or fastening bolts, and the need for drilling can be greatly reduced. Moreover, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering and increase the loading platform volume. This is intended to provide a hint for tracks, etc., which are characterized by the following.

Although not shown, the gate main body 1 is formed by laminating a plurality of rail members made of hollow extruded aluminum members, and the lower rail 1' at the lowest end thereof has a lower rail 1' that protrudes downward over almost the entire length of the lower end. A hinge part 6 having a through hole 5 is formed over the entire length of the hinge part 6, and a horizontal part for preventing rainwater intrusion protrudes almost horizontally from the top of the floor frame 3 of the loading platform 4 toward the outside of the loading platform 4. placed on piece 3' and
The hinge part 6 is pivotally connected to the brackets 2 fixed to the side ends of the floor frame 3 at both ends thereof by a long pin 7 passing through the through hole 5. In this case, the bracket 2 includes a receiving part 2a having a through hole that can match with the hinge part 6, a pair of side pieces 2b that slope downward from both ends of the receiving part 2a toward the loading platform, 2b.

Figure 4 shows a second embodiment of this invention.
This is a case in which a plurality of gate bodies 1 are attached to one side of the loading platform 4. In this case, notches 8 are formed at both ends of the hinge section 6, and adjacent gate bodies 1 are attached to each other.
For example, in the notches 8, 8, there is a receiving part 2a' having a through hole on both sides thereof that can match with the hinge part 6, and a pair of receiving parts 2a' that are inclined downwardly from the receiving part 2a' toward the loading platform side. This is a case in which a substantially U-shaped bracket 2' having side pieces 2b', 2b' is interposed, and these brackets 2' and the hinge part 6 are pivotally connected with a long pin 7. . In addition, when the tilt body 1 is long, as shown in FIG. ′, the strength problem can be solved.

In addition, although the above embodiment shows a case where the hinge part 6 is formed on the outer surface side of the lower end of the gate body 1 and the gate body 1 is placed on the horizontal piece 3' of the floor frame 3, it is not necessarily limited to this structure. For example, the 6th
As shown in the figure, the horizontal piece 3' is removed from the floor frame 3, a part of the gate body 1 is placed directly on the upper surface of the floor frame 3, and the rainwater blocking strips 3'' standing on the floor frame 3 are installed. The gate body 1 may be brought into contact with the outer surface,
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 7, the hinge part 6 can be positioned on the inner side of the gate body 1, that is, on the loading platform side, and can be pivoted directly to the bracket 2 without being placed on the floor frame 3. Alternatively, the hinge portion 6 may be formed in the center of the gate body 1 and pivotally connected directly to the bracket 2 (see FIG. 8).

As explained above, according to the gate of this invention, 1) a hinge part having a through hole extending almost the entire length of the gate body is integrally formed at the lower end of the gate body, and 2) this hinge 3) provide a bracket at the side end of the floor frame of the loading platform at the same position as the notch; 4) connect these brackets and the hinge part to a long length. It has a structure in which the brackets are pivotally connected via pins, and the necessary number of brackets are attached to the floor frame of the loading platform according to the weight, shape, etc. of the doorway to be installed and the vehicle model, and only at the position of these brackets. Since a notch is provided in the hinge part, it is possible to significantly reduce the need for installing hinges and drilling holes and bolts to connect these hinges to the floor frame of the loading platform, unlike conventional gates. , it is possible to reduce the labor burden and work time during assembly work, and since there is no part that protrudes outward from the gate body, it is possible to avoid danger from contact with pedestrians, etc., and to prevent rainwater from flowing between the gate body and the floor frame. In addition, since the gate body can be attached to the outside of the loading platform, the loading platform volume can be increased, and the strength is as high as that mentioned above. As mentioned above, it can be changed freely by selecting the shape and quantity of the brackets at both ends or the middle part depending on the weight, shape and vehicle type of the tailgate. In addition, since the tilter is pivoted with a long pin, it is easy to assemble, and the pin It also has a remarkable practical effect of being difficult to break.
