適な器具を提供した。 It is applied to a pipe as shown in FIG. That is, copper pipe 1
Each of these is covered and protected by a single protective tube 2 which is corrugated by molding a synthetic resin such as polyethylene or vinyl chloride, and the two protective single tubes are combined into a protective pair covered with metal foil 4 and corrugated into a bellows-shaped cross section. Tubes (hereinafter simply referred to as pair tubes) 3
There are some that are covered and protected by Then, as shown in FIG. 6A, for example, a sensor electric wire 5 is inserted into the pair tube 3 as necessary. Conventionally,
To peel off the single protective tube 2, metal foil 4, and paired tube 3, insert a knife blade into the valley 6 of the corrugated wall of the paired tube shown in Figure 6B, cut into rounds, remove the separated portion, and remove the metal foil. 4 with a knife or the like, and the single protective tube 2 with a knife blade, but this may damage the copper tube 1 or accidentally cut the wire if there is an electric wire 5, etc. This can lead to accidents, and it takes time to carefully remove the coating. The applicant has already provided, in U.S. Pat. No. 59-108038, an optimal device for peeling off the protective pair of tubes, which has conventionally been done manually.

Then, by rotating the main body around the pair of tubes, the crest of the corrugated coating is cut, and the notch is connected to the insertion part whose width is the short diameter of the crest of the pair of tubes, and the part continues to the center of the main body. It consists of an opening whose diameter is the long diameter of the crest of the provided pair of pipes, and a protruding part is provided inside the notch by the height of the crest and trough of the corrugate so that the notch fits into the trough of the corrugated covering. In addition, sword-like cutting blades are implanted at intervals along the protrusion, and one pair of the cutting blades are arranged in each of the opening and the fitting part. A cutter for removing coatings.

できるものである。(Example) Next, an example of the present invention will be described. The perspective view shown in FIG. 1 shows the usage state of the embodiment of the present invention, in which the notch of the plate-like body 7 is fitted into the pair of tubes 3 at right angles. As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, this plate-like tool has an opening 8 in the center of the main body 7 whose diameter is equal to the long diameter d of the corrugated ridges of the paired tubes (see FIG. 6A), and an opening 8 that is continuous with the ridges of the paired tubes. Short diameter e
The notch 11 is constituted by the fitted portion having a width of . At the part where the notch 11 fits into the valley of the corrugated coating, a single protruding part 12 is provided inside the notch 11 by the height h of the peaks and valleys of the corrugate. A sword-like cutting blade 10 is implanted along the protrusion 12 at a distance from the protrusion. The cutting edge 10 is located at the protrusion 1
2 is spaced so that the cutting edge is in the center of the peak when it is fitted into the valley of the corrugated coating. One pair of cutting blades 10 are provided in each of the opening 8 and the fitting portion. The other notch 13 is for peeling off the single protective tube 2 and is provided with sword-like cutting edges 10 facing each other. Reference numeral 14 denotes a thin plate-shaped projecting portion, which is a spatula for pushing and peeling off the metal foil 4 covering the single protective tube within the pair of tubes. Further, it is desirable for safety to provide a cover plate 15 as shown in FIG. 3A or 3B so that the tip-like cutting blade does not injure hands or fingers when carrying this tool. That is, as seen in FIG. 2B, there is a risk of injury to hands and fingers because the sword-like cutting blades 10 protrude inward from the inside of the notch 11, facing each other. Since the cutting blade 10 is protected by the cutting edge 10, safety can be ensured by attaching a cover plate that can be opened and closed on the opposite side of the protrusion so as to cover the notch on the side where the protrusion 12 is not provided. It is possible.

When it becomes necessary to peel off the pair of pipes 3 during piping work on a copper pipe having the pair of pipes 3, the cutter of the present invention can be used to It passes along the corrugated wall of the pair of tubes 3 and enters the opening 8. At this time, the ridges of the sides of the corrugated wall in the major axis direction are cut by the cutting blade 10 over a length a. Next, when this plate-shaped body main body 7 is rotated around the pair tube 3, the uncut portion of the peak of the corrugated wall is cut into both minor diameter direction sides by a pair of cutting blades 10 provided in the opening 8. is cut, and the entire circumference of the paired tube 3 is completely cut. The corrugated valley of the cut piece fits into the protrusion 12 of the main body, and the cut-off portion is removed integrally with the main body. After being removed, the copper tube 1 surrounded by the metal foil 4 and covered by the single protective tube 2 appears. The metal foil 4 is peeled off using a spatula 14 or an extrusion knife 16,
When removing the single protective tube 2, use the notch 13 provided in the main body 7 and rotate the main body 7 around the single protective tube 2 to cut and remove a part of the single protective tube. The copper tube 1 can be exposed. In the one shown in FIG. 4, the notch 13 for peeling off the single protective tube is not shown.

いので剥離片の本管との分離が容易である。(Advantages of the device) As can be fully understood from the above explanation, a part of the paired pipe can be peeled off and removed without damaging anything inside the paired pipe with a very simple tool, and the single protective pipe inside can also be easily removed. In the past, the valleys of the paired pipes were cut with a knife or the like, which caused damage to the inside and caused accidents such as cutting the electric wires when they were inserted. However, by applying this device, the crests of the corrugated wall of the paired pipes are cut from the outside, and the depth of the cutting blade is within the depth of the crests and valleys of the corrugations, so there is no damage to the inside of the paired pipes, and this is extremely effective for removing the covering pipes in central heating piping construction and other pipe construction. Also, compared to the prior Japanese Utility Model Application No. 59-108038, this device has a single protruding part 12 inside the cutout part 11, and there is no protruding part of the main pipe 7 on the main pipe side when the protective paired pipes are cut, so it is easy to separate the peeled off piece from the main pipe.
