Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a urethane molded product consisting of a resin sheet and a urethane foam molded integratedly with each other by injecting and foaming a raw material for urethane foam with high foaming pressure on the upper section of a resin sheet set in an injection mold. CONSTITUTION:A top force 3 is engaged with a bottom force 2 in the state that a sheet 10 is placed on the upper side of the bottom force 2 and the resin sheet 10 is set in an injection mold 1. After that, a liquid A and a liquid B, raw materials for polyurethane resin, are injected, while mixed, into a space 5 between the resin sheet 10 and the top force 3 by an injector 7 under high pressure. The polymerization reaction and foaming of the raw material for urethane foam is started with said injection, and while the resin sheet 10 is fixed by pressure on a mold face 2a of the bottom force 2 by the high pressure generated at that time, a urethane foam is formed on the upper surface side of the resin sheet 10.

(Function) According to the above method, in the present invention, the urethane foam raw material injected between the mold of the injection mold and the resin sheet polymerizes and foams, and the resin sheet is formed by the high foaming pressure and reaction temperature. Since it is brought into close contact with the lower mold, a urethane molded product in which the resin sheet and urethane foam are integrally molded can be obtained without performing vacuum forming, and vacuum forming equipment is not required. In addition, unlike conventional methods, no traces of the vacuum holes provided in the lower mold for vacuum forming remain on the surface of the resin sheet side of the urethane molded product (the aesthetic appearance of the surface is improved).

Next, to explain the manufacturing method of urethane molded products, first,
As shown in FIG. 1, with the resin sheet 10 placed above the lower mold 2, the upper mold 3 is engaged with the lower mold 2, and the resin sheet 10 is set in the injection mold 1.

At this time, a release agent is applied to the mold surface 3a of the upper mold 3, and an adhesive is applied to the upper surface 10a of the resin sheet 10. Further, the injection mold 1 is adjusted to a temperature of 40 to 50°C using temperature-controlled water.

As a result of this injection, as shown in FIG. 3, the polymerization reaction and foaming of the raw material for the urethane foam starts, and the high foaming pressure generated at that time presses the resin sheet 10 onto the mold surface 2a of the lower mold 2. Meanwhile, a urethane foam 11 is formed on the upper surface side of the resin sheet 10.

At this time, the space 5 between the resin sheet 10 and the lower mold 2
The air of -1- is discharged from boundary 4 to section A. In addition, since the resin sheet 10 is plastically deformed due to the high reaction heat (about 100 to 120°C), the mold surface 2a of the lower mold 2
firmly adheres to.

After the polymerization reaction is completed, the molded product and the injection mold 1 are sufficiently cooled with temperature-controlled water, and the molded product is taken out from the injection mold 1 and trimmed to form a resin sheet 10 as shown in FIG. A urethane molded product 12 made of a urethane foam 11 is obtained.

Therefore, in the above embodiment, the resin sheet JO or the raw material for the urethane foam is brought into close contact with the mold 2 by the high foaming pressure during the polymerization reaction, and is sufficiently plastically deformed by the high reaction heat to remove the residual stress. There is no need for equipment such as heating equipment for heating the resin sheet to a high temperature and equipment such as a vacuum pump for vacuuming. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the cost of manufacturing equipment.

In addition, when vacuum forming the resin sheet 10, the holes for vacuuming are likely to be blocked by the deformed resin sheet 10.
It is necessary to provide a large number of holes in the lower mold 2 for evacuation, but when using foaming pressure as described above, there is almost no such fear, and only a very small number of air vent holes are needed ( In the case of a product shaped like the above example, only a small gap formed at the boundary 4 of the divided molds is required). Therefore, a urethane molded product 11 with excellent appearance can be obtained without leaving traces of many holes on the surface of the resin seal 1/10 side of the manufactured urethane molded product 11.

At the same time, a urethane foam could be formed integrally with the resin cartridge 10, and a urethane molded product having a predetermined shape and excellent surface appearance was obtained.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained below, the method for producing a urethane molded product of the present invention utilizes the foaming pressure and reaction heat generated by the polymerization reaction of the raw material for urethane foam to form a urethane foam and its surface. Since the resin tube and the t are integrally molded, there is no need to perform vacuum forming, thereby making it possible to reduce the cost of equipment and improve the appearance of the product surface.
