Conventional techniques and problems to be solved by the invention Conventionally, in order to form uneven patterns on the surface of ceramics, a plaster mold with an uneven inner circumferential surface is used to form a raw material with an uneven surface. This is then bisque-fired, glazed and fired, and then a pattern is applied to match the unevenness of the surface. Plaster molds with uneven lines are worn out after a small number of uses and the contour lines become unclear, so they need to be replaced early and the cost of the mold is high.
The outline was the same color as the rest of the painting, and the coloring was only done by overlaying it, which had the disadvantage of making the pattern monotonous.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention aims to solve these problems by printing the outline of a desired pattern as a sketch on the surface of an unglazed base using paint mixed with a water repellent. The water repellent agent repels the glaze, and the glaze is applied to the parts other than the outline, and the surface of the fired glaze is transferred to match the outline. It was designed to be used for engraving.

Functions and Effects of the Invention The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and by printing the contour lines as a sketch on the surface of the unglazed base with paint mixed with a water repellent, and then pongeeing, the contour lines are coated with the water repellent. As a result of the action, the glaze is repelled and does not adhere, but rather swells up around it, so when it is fired, a monochromatic glaze layer swells around the sketch, which is made up of outlines of the desired color created by the color development of the paint. A monochrome or multicolor design matching the outline is formed on the glaze layer by transfer, and when overlaying is performed, a monochrome or multicolor design is created around the underpainting consisting of the concave outline. The picture is raised and formed three-dimensionally, and the contour lines are formed by printing, so even extremely thin lines can be clearly expressed, and since it is drawn with paint, it is possible to create the desired color. I was able to
By combining the outline as a sketch and the overpainting by transfer, it is possible to create a completely new tasteful decoration that combines unevenness and color patterns, and the printing of the outline is also similar to the overpainting. Since the transfer is also excellent in workability, it has the effect of being able to be carried out efficiently.

First, the unglazed base l shown in Fig. 1 is a unglazed base that is made by unglazing the green base that has been dried after molding at about 800°C, and a pigment that produces the desired color is coated on the outer circumferential surface with water-repellent silicone oil. Using melted paint, print the outline 2 of the desired pattern as a sketch by screen printing or rubber stamping,

Next, the surface of this unglazed base is immersed, sprayed, etc.
When pongee is sewn, the glaze is repelled from the contour line 2 due to the action of the water repellent, and instead of adhering to the area, it adheres to the area around it. When this is fired at about 1200°C, the glaze forms as shown in Figure 2. Then, a final fired base material 3 is obtained in which the contour line 2 is not covered with glaze and is exposed on the surface as a sketch of a desired color, and a vitreous glaze layer 4 is formed so as to swell around it.

A monochrome or multicolor pattern that matches the outline 2 shown as a sketch is attached to the surface of this final firing base material 3 by transfer, and overlaying is performed at about 800°C to create the outline as a sketch. A product 6 is obtained in which a pattern 5 as an overlay is three-dimensionally formed around the pattern 2.
