分とを備え、前記ゲートライン及び前記第1部分
は前記透明基板側に位置する下層導体部と前記層
間絶縁膜側に位置する上層導体部とを備え、前記
第2部分は前記下層導体部を構成する導体と同一
材料の導体で構成されていることを特徴とする表
