[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention is directed to the continuous processing of multiple layers of fabric, in which two or more fabrics are layered and passed through a moist heat treatment chamber, for example, to double the productivity. This invention relates to a liquid tank supply device.

The traditional processing method for industrially produced long fabrics, for example, involved pre-processing each long fabric by cutting it into the desired length using a batch, but with subsequent research and development, the current method With this method, long lengths of fabric can be processed continuously, thereby improving processing productivity. However, in order to further increase productivity, it is possible to double the productivity by stacking multiple long pieces of fabric and passing them through the same processing chamber, or to increase productivity by increasing the processing speed. However, regarding this increase in machining speed,
Currently, it has progressed to speeds of processing per second and has almost reached its limit. Therefore, a possible way to further increase productivity is to simultaneously process a plurality of fabrics in a stacked state through the same processing chamber.

Simultaneously processing these multiple layers of fabric in the same processing chamber is highly economical, with virtually no change in the amount of water, steam, and power energy used compared to when processing a single piece of fabric. Since it has the advantage of doubling productivity, simultaneous processing by stacking multiple sheets is required.

However, this simultaneous processing by stacking a plurality of sheets has the following problem. This is because the raw fabric is sorted one by one, and during pre-treatment, each piece of fabric must be treated with a separate sintering machine, and multiple pieces of fabric must be stacked one on top of the other. Even if they are combined, these fabrics must be subjected to, for example, a burning treatment. Therefore, it is desirable to polymerize the plurality of fabrics that have been subjected to the sintering treatment while running them and immersing them in a treatment solution in a bath for the next step, ie, scouring, bleaching, etc. This is because when two fabrics are polymerized in the atmosphere, air is interposed between both fabrics, and this air becomes an obstacle to uniformly applying the liquid to the entire front and back surfaces of both fabrics in the liquid. This is because it is not possible. Therefore, both fabrics are polymerized in the liquid,
When both fabrics are casually introduced into the liquid, waves are generated on the liquid surface, and these waves cause the fabrics to swing, causing problems such as wrinkles or folded edges of the fabrics.

The present invention was devised to solve this problem, and it is possible to uniformly apply and impregnate a plurality of polymeric fabrics with a liquid over the entire surface, and to transfer the polymerization without causing wrinkles in each fabric. It is an object of the present invention to provide a liquid tank supply device for layered fabrics that can be used in a liquid tank.

1a and 1b are two fabrics that have been subjected to the burning treatment by the burning machine 2, and these fabrics 1a and 1b are
are transported in a separated state by guide rolls 3 and supplied into a processing liquid tank 4. The fabrics 1a and 1b impregnated with the treatment liquid in the treatment liquid tank 4 are taken out in a polymerized state and transferred to the treatment chamber 5 for the next step, but in this invention, they are separated and transferred. The gist lies in the structure in which the fabrics 1a and 1b are introduced into the treatment liquid tank 4. That is, when two fabrics 1a and 1b, which are separated and transferred in the atmosphere, are polymerized by guide rolls 3' submerged in the liquid in the liquid tank 4, there is a water entry angle between the two fabrics as shown in FIG. However, if this water entry angle α is made smaller, the two fabrics 1a and 1b will become too close to each other,
There is a problem in that air is introduced between the two fabrics 1a and 1b, impairing the impregnation of the treatment liquid over the entire surface of the fabric. In addition, as the water entry angle α increases, the resistance that the fabric introduced into the liquid receives at the liquid level 4' increases, and waves are generated on the liquid surface when the fabric is immersed in the liquid, and the fabric oscillates due to the waves. There is a problem that wrinkles occur between the polymerized fabrics because of this.

そこで、この不具合を解消するために、本考案

Therefore, in order to solve this problem, as a result of repeated experiments, the present invention was designed so that one fabric 1a and the liquid level were at right angles, and one fabric 1a
The angle α of water entry between the two fabrics 1b and the other fabric 1b is set to be 10° to 20°, preferably 15°. By setting this water entry angle α, both fabrics 1a and 1b
Immersion in the liquid is performed without air intervening between the two. Furthermore, since the resistance when the fabric passes through the liquid surface is small, it is possible to suppress the generation of waves on the liquid surface, and the fabric is less likely to shake.

Next, the position of the guide roll 3' in the liquid tank,
In other words, regarding the immersion depth of the fabric, if the immersion depth of the fabric in the liquid is too deep, the fabric will easily swing and the edges of the fabric may bend, which may cause wrinkles. As a result of the experiment, the distance from the liquid level to the guide roll 3' axis was set to 20 to 40 cm.
Desirably, it was set to 30 cm.

As described above, the present invention provides a liquid tank supply device for a plurality of fabrics in which a plurality of fabrics that are separated and transferred are polymerized by guide rolls provided in the liquid tank. The angle at which the fabric is introduced into the liquid tank is set at right angles to the liquid level, and the angle between this fabric and other fabrics is set to 10 to 20 degrees, and the height between the axis of the guide roll and the liquid level is set at right angles to the liquid level. This is an apparatus for feeding fabric into a liquid tank during continuous processing of multiple layers of fabric, characterized in that the width is set to 20 to 40 cm.

Therefore, according to this device, when a fabric is immersed in a liquid, it is possible to suppress the fabric from shaking the liquid level, and it is possible to eliminate the slack of the fabric in the liquid, so that the fabric can be immersed smoothly in the liquid. In addition, it is possible to smoothly polymerize a plurality of fabrics, thereby making it possible to overlap and transport a plurality of fabrics without causing wrinkles, sagging, etc.
