[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention measures the uniformity of the treatment effect between the inside and outside of the stack of folded cloth when carrying out continuous pretreatment of long length cloth, and further relates to a method and device for pre-processing fabrics with the aim of shortening processing time. [Prior Art] A wide variety of conventional scouring apparatuses have been developed and used to continuously scouring long fabrics using continuous scouring apparatuses. The shell-like continuous scouring equipment is
The present inventors have developed a scouring bleaching device such as a bubble range, L-box type, J-box type, or U-box type. a reaction chamber for heat-treating a fabric containing the treatment solution; and a steaming residence time in the reaction chamber for shaking or folding the fabric supplied into the reaction chamber in the air. A loading steaming means for swelling, solubilizing and decolorizing the fabrics by ensuring the In this method, the fabric impregnated with the treatment liquid is subjected to a continuous pretreatment, that is, a scouring and bleaching treatment, by applying the treatment liquid in a reaction chamber while the fabric is folded. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, during the scouring bleaching process using such a conventional scouring bleaching apparatus, the fabric fed into the reaction chamber is exposed to air (steaming) in order to ensure the time (timing) for the wet heat reaction treatment. ) Since the fabric is sometimes in a folded state, the degree of thermal action (steam treatment) on the folded part of the fabric is poor; that is, the degree of thermal action on the folded part and the non-folded part is different, and the There was a problem that unevenness occurred. Fabrics with such uneven treatment are subjected to a subsequent shallow cleaning treatment, which uses a large amount of thermal energy and cleaning liquid to improve the uneven treatment. Problems arise such as water resources being consumed and being uneconomical.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made by focusing on the problems and drawbacks of the conventional art, and its gist is to provide a treatment reaction chamber for continuously pretreating a long fabric. It is divided into a steam treatment chamber and a submerged treatment chamber, and in the steam treatment chamber, long fabrics are stacked and stacked multiple times to promote uniform steam treatment on the long fabrics. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pretreatment method capable of rapidly and continuously performing uniform pretreatment by subjecting fabric to submerged treatment in a submerged treatment chamber.

[Example] The present invention will be explained in detail below based on an example shown in the drawings. 1 is a steam treatment chamber for continuously subjecting the long fabric 2 to be pretreated to wet heat treatment; 3 is a submerged treatment chamber provided next to the steam treatment chamber I; In this example,
Although the submerged processing chamber 3 and the steam processing chamber 1 have separate shapes, the shape is not limited to this, and both chambers may have an integral structure. In the steam IA embedding chamber 1, three fabric superimposing tables 4 are arranged which are spaced apart according to the method of transferring the fabric, and above each of these fabric superimposing tables 4 there is a fabric lifting roll 5, and a fabric pulling roll 5. A fabric folding machine 6 is disposed close to the fabric outlet side of the fabric. Furthermore, a steam injection vibrator 7 is piped into the steam processing chamber 1, so that a humid atmosphere is maintained within the steam processing chamber 1. Approximately the lower half of the submerged processing chamber 3 is configured as a processing wave tank 8 filled with high-temperature liquid. , a substantially semicircular arc-shaped guide wall 11 is provided which is placed close to Beta for a desired distance, and furthermore, near the fabric inlet in the submerged processing chamber 3,
A folding machine 6 is provided for supplying the fabric in a folded state into the storage space [10].

Next, to describe its operation, the fabric 2, which has been impregnated with the pretreatment liquid outside the steam treatment chamber 1, is first supplied into the steam treatment chamber 1, where humid steam is held, and is steamed. The fabric 2 to be steamed in the steam processing chamber 1 is stacked in a folded state on each fabric stacking table 4 by the operation of each folding machine 8, and the timing for steaming is obtained. It is something. That is, in this steam processing chamber 1, each folding machine 6 and pulling roll 5,
Since transshipment is performed multiple times during the steam treatment, the fabric being steamed in the steam treatment chamber 1 receives a uniform steam action over its entire surface due to this transshipment action, and as a result, the entire surface of the fabric is coated with steam. The pretreatment reaction proceeds uniformly and with high quality. The fabric, which has been uniformly steamed over the entire surface by multiple transfers, is supplied to the next submerged treatment chamber 3, where it is heated in a hot liquid at 90°C to 100°C for about 10 to 15 minutes. By passing through the pretreated fabric, a uniform and high quality pretreated fabric can be obtained. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, a fabric to be treated that has been impregnated with a pre-treatment liquid is transferred and transferred several times in a steam treatment chamber where a steel atmosphere is maintained, and then Since this is a pretreatment method for fabrics that is immersed and transferred in a high-temperature liquid in a submerged treatment chamber, the pretreatment reaction is uniform over the entire surface of the fabric due to the transfer action of the fabrics during the steaming process of the fabrics to be treated. This has the effect of making it possible to continuously produce high-quality pretreated fabrics.
