かも良質の籾殻燻炭を焼成する装置を提供する。

る排出コンベア9を横設している。前記任意のサ
イロから脱装置6に搬送された籾は脱され、
玄米は次工程の精選・計量装置7に搬送され、ま
た籾殻は切換弁11を介して一方は流路16によ
つて籾殻予備タンク17へ搬送され、他方は前記
コンベア8と流路12からなる籾殻搬送路Aによ
り空室のサイロに供給するように形成し、また乾
燥装置5の近傍に籾殻燃焼装置13と液体燃焼装
置14とを並設し、各燃焼装置13,14は切換
装置15を介して前記乾燥装置5に熱風を供給す
るようにしてある。また前記籾殻燃焼装置13の
供給部には、前記予備タンク17を設けて搬送用
フアン18と流路19からなる籾殻排出路Bによ
つて前記各サイロの下部に設けた取出口20,2
0′…20nに連絡している。21は空気と籾殻を
分離するサイクロンコレクターである。

の水分値(15%)に調質し、さらに精選・計量し
てサイロに本貯留される。そして前記サイロの乾
燥籾は、脱工程,精選・計量工程を経て玄米と
なつて出荷されるのであるが、前記脱装置6に
よつて風選された籾殻は、初期の段階においては
切換弁11を流路16に切換えて籾殻予備タンク
17に貯留して籾殻燃焼装置13に使用し、そし
て前記各作業が進行して任意のサイロが空室にな
ると前記切換弁11を籾殻搬送路Aに切換え前記
サイロに籾殻を貯蔵すると共に、前記サイロに貯
蔵した籾殻を取出部から籾殻排出路Bによつて籾
殻燃焼装置13に供給し燃焼して籾殻燻炭を焼成
する。また、前記乾燥装置5の燃焼装置である
が、最初の段階あるいは籾殻のない場合には、乾
燥装置の熱風路に設けた切換装置15を液体燃焼
装置14に切換えて燃焼させ熱風を給風するよう
にし、また作業が進行して籾殻が予備タンクおよ
びサイロに貯留されると乾燥装置の切換装置15
を籾殻燃焼装置に切換えて該装置で発生した熱風
を乾燥装置に給風するように形成したので、石油
等の液体燃料をほとんど使用する必要がなく、燃
料費が大巾に節減でき、しかも籾殻庫,焼却炉を
必要としないため設備費が安価となり設備面積も
必要としない、また空室となつたサイロを籾殻タ
ンクとして併用したので、サイロを有効利用でき
ると共に、一定の水分の籾殻を籾殻燃焼装置に供
給することができるため、良質の籾殻燻炭を焼成
することができる効果がある。
