C. Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, there has been an increase in the use of extremely thin foods such as sliced foods and dried seaweed to sandwich and eat other foods. Processed products with fibers that are pressed together cannot be used for sandwiched foods because it is inappropriate to cut even a single piece, and it is impossible to process multiple pieces. In addition, with a sewing machine type machine, the method is to cut one hole continuously and make a cut along a line, so the workpiece is pinched, a hole is made, the hole is removed, and the workpiece is removed. It is unsuitable for this process because it repeats the operation at a slow speed and repeats it as many times as the number of holes to be machined, which damages the workpiece. Both methods have many difficulties in hygienically protecting the workpiece (both the outer periphery and the processing machine) and are expensive.

Food requirements have diversified significantly in recent years, and food needs to be sandwiched again using thin-walled foods. - For example, if you use dry seaweed to sandwich a cheese board and cut it into pieces to eat, you can fold the dried seaweed in half and wrap it in thin paper, then stack 8+ sets of sheets. This is not possible with conventional methods.

A necessary amount of the workpiece (not shown) is clamped by the clamping tool 21 of the transport tool 20, and a limit switch (not shown) is operated manually or by a pneumatic cylinder, or actuators 33 and 33 at the transport position of pressure contact operation are used.
The positioning device 32 of the mechanical or electric conveyor (not shown) is operated by a, and the blade is conveyed over the left and right rollers 28 by a manual or pneumatic cylinder (not shown) and is forced between the guide plate 15 and the spear blade receiving plate 24. After being pushed up in conjunction with the pressure plate 2 and mounted on the guide plate 15, the carrier 20 presses against the spear blade receiving plate 24 and adjusts the guide plate 15 before the spear blade does not protrude from the upper surface of the guide plate 15. The vertical line spear blades 3 and the horizontal line spear blades 4, which were installed on the horizontal blade floor plate 1 later than the pressure welding time due to the spring 19, are transferred to the carrier 20.
A cut line is added to the workpiece (not shown) held by the clamping tool 21, and the tip of each spear blade is placed at 1 on the spear blade receiving plate 24.
The guide plate 15 is separated from the spear blade receiving plate 24 after entering the provided spear blade receiving holes 25 and 26 to the required depth and turning back to separate from the workpiece (not shown) and the conveyor 20. After the machining is completed and each of the vertical and horizontal spear blade tips are buried in the guide plate 15, they are separated from the spear blade receiving plate 24 and returned to the state before starting, and are placed in position by the following conveyance tool 33. 33a continues the processing operation. In addition, a very small amount of adhesive is used to install the spear blade, and the work can be done by heating at a low temperature for polishing or removal for replacement. When cutting directly or indirectly on dry seaweed or sliced food, the process is completely different from when using a single needle with an edge area sewing machine. Since machining can be completed in one go or vertically, horizontally, and once, the workpiece will not be damaged, and multiple pieces can be processed quietly and efficiently by using pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. 0 In addition, if the horizontal blade floor plate is made into one type of straight-column type, and the vertical line machining is the first machining process and the horizontal line machining is the second machining process, it is convenient for polishing and replacing the spear blade and changing the type of machining. Good.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention has the function of efficiently processing thin-walled foods directly or indirectly through single or multiple packaging, and Japanese-style foods can be made into Western-style foods. This is a new field of use for this machine, which is suitable for providing healthy food, especially for dried seaweed, which is currently suffering from a huge consumption balance and dairy products are at a loss as to how to dispose of surplus. There is expected.
