Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a continuous sheet processing apparatus that performs processing such as slitting and separation for each unit on a continuous sheet formed by connecting a plurality of sheets in one direction.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, printing processing for continuous paper in which one unit of paper such as a form is connected in multiple directions in one direction, and various types of continuous paper such as folding, overlapping, slitting, and separation for each unit after the printing processing Processing is performed separately in consideration of the fact that the speed of the printing process and the speed of the processing process are different and the process management aspect, etc. After being accumulated in a state, the accumulated continuous paper is fed to various processing devices such as folding and overlapping. If there is a difference in the processing speed at each stage of the processing of the continuous paper, the continuous paper processed in the same manner as described above is temporarily stored, and the stored continuous paper is supplied to the attached processing apparatus. I have paper.
[0003]
FIG. 3 shows a continuous paper processing apparatus 1 in which slits are inserted in order to remove a surplus portion, and then the paper is separated into sheets for each unit. In this case, continuous paper accumulated by performing processing such as folding, overlapping, and the like is fed.
The continuous processing apparatus 1 includes a paper feeding unit 2 and a processing unit 3 provided at a rear position. In the paper feeding unit 2, a guide table 4 that supports the continuous paper A from below is provided. The continuous paper A folded in the folded state is fed out from below by the paper feed roller 5 which receives the continuous paper A folded and mounted on the mounting table 17 from below and conveys the continuous paper A by driving rotation. Both sides of the continuous paper A are guided while being guided by the edge guides 18, 18, and slits are made in the led continuous paper by the slitter 6, and unnecessary side portions are cut off into the slit waste box 19. A pair of upper and lower second paper feed rollers 7, 7 are in contact with each other and pass between them. The second paper feed rollers 7, 7 sandwich the continuous paper from above and below and reliably send it to the processing section 3.
[0004]
In the processing section 3, a pair of upper and lower low-speed rotating rollers 8, 8 and a pair of upper and lower high-speed rotating rollers 9, 9 having a higher sheet feeding speed than the low-speed rotating roller are arranged in order in the sheet feeding direction. The continuous paper A sent from the paper feed rollers 7, 7 is fed between the low-speed rotation rollers 8, 8 (the low-speed rotation roller rotates at the same paper-feed speed as the second paper-feed roller). , 8 is fed between the high-speed rotating rollers 9, 9, the continuous paper is converted into a unit of paper by the difference in the sheet feeding speed between the low-speed rotating rollers 8, 8 and the high-speed rotating rollers 9, 9. Each time, the divided paper is sequentially sent from the high-speed rotating rollers 9 and 9 to the stacker unit 10. Reference numeral 11 denotes a vertically moving blade, which is positioned at a position corresponding to each paper connection portion of continuous paper between the low-speed rotation rollers 8 and 8 and the high-speed rotation rollers 9 and 9 and is attached to the paper connection portion at required timing. 11 makes contact and makes a cut to make it easier to cut the continuous paper. Reference numeral 12 denotes a cover, the tip of which is a guide 13.
[0005]
By the way, in the continuous paper processing apparatus 1 having the above-described structure, in order to set continuous paper that has not been subjected to paper feed processing such as marginal punching on the side, the start end of the continuous paper must be placed on the paper feeding unit. The sheet feeding operation is started after the sheet is put on the sheet. However, since the sheet feeding operation is performed in a state in which the leading end portion is not securely held, the leading end portion is easily lifted and shifted, so that it does not enter the space between the second sheet feed rollers in an appropriate state. This causes the operator to take time to assist in feeding the continuous paper for each set of the continuous paper.
[0006]
In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to eliminate the trouble of setting the continuous paper by enabling the leading end portion of the continuous paper in the paper feeding unit to be held in a flat state without requiring any manual operation. I do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problem, and uses a low-speed rotation roller and a high-speed rotation roller via a paper feeding unit that conveys continuous paper formed by connecting a plurality of papers in one direction by a paper feed roller. A continuous paper processing apparatus for processing the continuous paper by the processing unit, the paper feeding roller corresponding to the paper feeding roller of the paper feeding unit. The paper presser, which is provided with a rotatable roller above the continuous paper, presses the continuous paper of the paper supply unit so that the continuous paper can be slid from above the continuous paper. The object of the present invention is to provide a continuous paper processing apparatus characterized in that the continuous paper processing apparatus is arranged so as to be capable of contacting with the paper feed roller and the paper presser so that continuous paper can be held therebetween.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS. In addition, the same reference numerals are given to portions having the same configuration as the conventional example shown in FIG. 3, and the description thereof will be omitted.
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a paper holder 16 provided with a rotatable roller 15 is disposed above the paper feed roller 5 above the roller. The paper presser 16 is provided at the end of a stay 17 that rotates about the upper part of the second paper feed roller 7 as a rotation center, and can be separated from and connected to the paper feed roller 5. The moving continuous paper A is slidably pressed from above. As described above, the paper press 16 is disposed above the paper feed roller 5 that conveys the continuous paper, and the continuous paper is slidably pressed by the paper press 16. It does not hinder, and is inserted between the paper feed roller 5 and the paper retainer 16 when the top end portion of the continuous paper is put on the paper feed roller 5, so that the top end of the continuous paper is inserted. The portion can be held in a state sandwiched between the sheet presser 16 and the sheet feed roller 5, and the transport operation of the sheet feeding section 2 is started in this state, so that the second end can be properly lifted without the top end portion being lifted. Since the paper is fed to the paper rollers 7, 7, the position of the continuous paper at the time of starting the conveyance does not occur.
[0009]
Further, if the positioning can be performed in a state where the arm 14 is raised, the work of arranging the foremost end portion is easier by keeping the paper presser 16 at the raised position when placing the foremost end portion of the continuous paper. should be able to, Ru can be held the highest start portion by returning the sheet pressing 16 after its placement.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, cutting is performed using a low-speed rotation roller and a high-speed rotation roller via a paper feeding unit that conveys continuous paper formed by connecting a plurality of papers in one direction by a paper feed roller. In a continuous paper processing apparatus that feeds the paper to a processing unit having a processing mechanism that performs a processing process on the continuous paper by the processing unit, the processing unit is disposed above the paper feeding roller corresponding to the paper feeding roller of the paper feeding unit. A paper holder having a rotatable roller so as to slidably hold the continuous paper of the paper feed unit from above the continuous paper can be separated from and connected to a paper feed roller which receives the continuous paper from below and sends it to the processing unit side. The continuous paper can be sandwiched between the paper feed roller and the paper presser. As a result, the leading end of the continuous paper can be held without manual operation, and the leading end can be properly fed so that the positional deviation of the continuous paper does not occur. It has an effect excellent in practicality.
