である。しかし、斯る製法の場合、通常塗布した
樹脂は、照射によつて表面から体積変化を伴い乍
ら固化する関係上、体積変化の歪が全てマスター
デイスクとの接触部分に集中して正確な複製に困
難を伴うばかりか、固化した樹脂が紫外線を遮つ

る。本実施例は、フオトレジスト膜1を形成した

し、現像処理によつて透明のフオトレジマスタ3
を形成するフオトレジマスタ形成工程aと、以下
の樹脂マスタ形成工程に於ける剥離作業を容易に
するため、該フオトレジマスタ3の表面に厚さ
300〜400Åの薄い銀の蒸着膜4を形成する金属蒸
着工程bと、この蒸着膜4の表面に紫外線硬化樹
脂5(ロツクタイト社製357紫外線硬化樹脂)を
塗布して基板となる透明樹脂板6を貼付する樹脂
マスタ貼付工定cと、前記ガラス基板2側より紫
外線を照射して樹脂を固化した後樹脂マスタ7を
剥離する樹脂マスタ形成工程dと、該樹脂マスタ
7上に紫外線硬化樹脂8(東亜合成化学工業製
UV3264)を塗布して透明樹脂板9を貼付する複
製デイスク貼付工程eと、樹脂マスタ7側より紫
外線を照射して前記紫外線硬化樹脂を固化して複
製デイスク10を形成する複製デイスク形成工程
fとより成る。尚前記蒸着膜4は紫外線を透過せ
しめ得る程度に十分薄く、また両紫外線硬化樹脂
は何れも固化した状態で透明であり、更に複製デ
イスク10側の紫外線硬化樹脂8は前記透明樹脂
板9に強く接着するが前記透明マスタ7にはほと
