分離機回転制御用油圧回路の脱水分離時と、掻取
時の作動状態をそれぞれ示す油圧回路図、第３図
は遠心分離機の作用サイクルダイヤグラム、第４
図は従来の回転制御用油圧回路の油圧回路図であ
る。 １……ポンプ（ブーストポンプ）、２……可変
吐出量ピストンポンプ（可変吐出量ポンプ）、７
……電磁弁（切換弁）、１４……流量調整弁、１
６……油圧モータ、１８……チエツク弁（回路逆
流防止装置）、２２……フラツシングバルブ、２
９……電磁弁（パイロツト切換弁）、１００……
遠隔操作部（切換装置）。

遠隔操作部（切換装置）。
Claims (1)
- 油圧モータ、及び油圧モータの入口及び出口に
連通された吐出口及び吸入口を有する可変吐出量
ポンプ、により形成される閉回路と、該閉回路に
圧油を補給交換するブーストポンプ及びフラツシ
ングバルブと、を含む回転制御用油圧回路におい
て、前記可換吐出量ポンプは吐出量をほぼ零にす
る切換装置を含み、前記ブーストポンプは吐出圧
が上がると吐出量を減少させる可変吐出量ポンプ
で形成され、前記油圧モータ入口側に配置した回
路逆流防止装置の前後に前記ブーストポンプの吐
出油を切換弁を介して、選択的に、直接的に、又
は流量調整弁を通過させて、連通させ、かつ前記
フラツシングバルブはパイロツト切換弁で切換可
能としたことを特徴とする回転制御用油圧回路。
