Abstract
PURPOSE: To turn a motor at the speed corresponding to not less than capacity of a variable capacity pump, by uniting quantity discharged from the pump of a working at the working machine circuit side to an oil pressure drive circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A variable capacity pump 10 is driven by means of a prime mover 1, and feeds compressed oil to a motor 16 through ducts 80, 81. When the load of the motor 16 is little, differential pressure between ducts 80, 81 is little, and a change-over valve 17 is in a condition shown in the figure. When a tilt rolling angle of the variable pump 10 is increased by the operation of a seed control valve 62 by operators, control pressure changes over a change-over valve 54 to a location 54I, and oil discharged from a working machine pump 50 is fed to the high pressure side of a motor oil pressure circuit through a duct 82, a change-over valve 83 and a check valve 18. Thus, the motor 16 can be driven at the number of revolution not less than the number of revolution controlled by means of the variable pump 10. When the load of the motor becomes large, pressure at the high pressure side, which becomes higher, actuates the change-over valve 17 from a duct 84, and returns oil discharged from the working machine pump to a tank.
