Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of offensive odor and to eliminate the need for discharge of residual water content by subjecting excretions to bacteria treatment and thereafter generating bubbles by means of aeration, evaporating and diverging bubbles while introducing bubbles incorporated with gaseous nitrogen into a bubbles gasification chamber. CONSTITUTION:Excretions discharged from a toilet are successively stored in a treatment tank 1 and a deodorant contg. bacteria is mixed into excretions and the air pressurized with a fan 3 is blown into excretions from the lower end of a first air pipe 5 to supply oxygen and also the air fed from the fan 3 is heated with a heater 6 of the tip of a feed pipe 4 and blown into the treatment tank 1 as hot air and bacteria are bred in excretions and organic substance is decomposed to gaseous nitrogen. Furthermore air is blown to the lower end of a bubble pipe 8 via a second air pipe 5' and the bubbles contg. gaseous nitrogen stagnating in the tank 1 are raised into a bubble gasification chamber 7 via the bubble pipe 8. While heating gaseous nitrogen and water content incorporated in the bubbles with the hot air blown into this chamber 7, these are evaporated and sent out, to the outside through a gas discharge pipe 9.

Conventional technology In recent years, sewage treatment facilities have been installed in residential areas, and sewage from flush toilets and other sources is discharged into the sewer system, treated at terminal centralized treatment plants using physical, chemical, and biochemical treatment methods, and then discharged into rivers. This is what we are doing. but,
Since sewage treatment facilities require a huge amount of investment, most residential areas install simple septic tanks, which treat the water using microorganisms before discharging it.

In order to solve these problems, the present invention involves treating human waste discharged from the toilet with microorganisms in a treatment tank, and then generating air bubbles using air lag, and then converting the air bubbles into air bubbles installed at the top of the treatment tank. This is a treatment method in which the treatment liquid is evaporated while being guided into the vaporization chamber, and is characterized by the fact that it does not generate any strange odor, does not discharge the treatment liquid, and is inexpensive to maintain.

Human waste discharged from a flush toilet 2 is stored in a treatment tank 1 buried underground, a deodorizing agent containing bacteria is mixed with the human waste, and the mixture is communicated with an air pipe 4 extending from a blower 3 installed above ground. The first air pipe 5 is used to blow air into the human waste, and warm air heated by the heater 6 connected to the tip of the air pipe 4 is blown into the processing tank 1 to eliminate bacteria in the human waste. A bubble pipe 8 is used to decompose methane gas and ammonia gas generated during the decomposition of organic matter in human waste into nitrogen gas during breeding, and to communicate the bubble vaporization chamber 7 installed on both sides of the treatment tank 1 with the treatment tank 1. Air is blown into the lower end port through the second air pipe 5' which communicates with the air supply pipe 4, and the nitrogen gas in the night soil is made into bubbles and sent from the bubble pipe 8 to the bubble vaporization chamber 7, and from the heater 6. While sending warm air to the bubble vaporization chamber 7, the bubbles in the bubble vaporization chamber 7 are evaporated via the gas discharge pipe 9 connected to the upper surface of the bubble vaporization chamber 7. Human waste discharged from the toilet is sequentially stored in the treatment tank 1, a deodorizing agent containing bacteria is mixed in the human waste, and air pressurized by a blower 3 is introduced into the human waste from the lower end of the first air pipe 5. In addition to supplying oxygen, the air from the blower 3 is heated by the heater 6 at the tip of the air pipe 4, and is blown into the processing tank 1 while forming warm air.
Bacteria propagate in human waste while heating it to 0 to 30°C, and the organic matter is decomposed into methane gas, ammonia gas, and further nitrogen gas. Nitrogen gas in human waste is (
The bubbles remain in the upper part of the tube, but the bubbles are removed by blowing air into the lower end of the bubble tube 8 which is suspended from the bubble vaporization chamber 7 into the processing tank 1 via the second air tube 5'. The bubbles containing nitrogen gas are continuously raised into the bubble vaporization chamber 7 via the bubble tube 8, and the bubbles are heated by the warm air blown into the bubble vaporization chamber 7. This is to evaporate the nitrogen gas and moisture inside to the outside through the gas discharge pipe 9. Therefore, in the human waste treatment method of the present invention, the human waste is treated with bacteria and released as nitrogen gas to the outside, so no strange odor is generated, and the water in the human waste is formed into bubbles and evaporates in the bubble vaporization chamber 7. Since the moisture in the treatment tank 1 is dispersed, the moisture in the treatment tank 1 does not increase, and there is no need to discharge the residual moisture, and the maintenance cost is low, with only the operating cost of the blower 3 and the heater 6. It has various effects.
