出を行うようにしたフオーカルプレンシヤツタに
おいて、第一及び第二のアクチユエータの各回転
子に対する各固定子の取付け位置を基準位置より
同一角度だけ対称的にずらすことにより、第一及
び第二の羽根群において往動時と復動時における
初速に差がそれぞれ生じるようにすると共に、第
一及び第二の羽根群において上記初速の差の生じ
方が反対になるように構成したことを特徴とする
