気作用により、通気材と可撓性フィルムとの間の空気を
均一に排気するようにしたことを特徴とするフィルム搬

これに対して、通気材を設けた実施例では、従来例の数
倍以上の把持力となる。特に膜厚の薄い方において大き

響は、十分防ぐことが可能であるが、第5図に示す如く
、一般につき合せ貼付けの場合は、斜め継ぎ((A)図
)、厚手の通気材202の場合は、厚み方向斜め継ぎ(
(B)図)が好ましく、薄手の通気材202の場合は、

以上のように、本発明は、真空吸引孔上に、立体的に多
数の連通孔を有する通気材を配設することにより、搬送
するフィルムと把持表面間全域に減圧状態を行き渡らし
め、有効に、フィルムを把持することが出来る。特に随
伴気流により、把持力が減少する高速搬送ロールや、重
力の影響を無視出来ないフィルムを堅に搬送する堅型撮

搬送する搬送装置において、立体的に多数の連通孔を有
する通気材を連通孔が該表面の真空吸引孔に連通するよ
うに該表面上に配設し、真空吸引孔からの排気作用によ
り、通気材と可撓性フィルムとの間の空気を均一に排気
するようにしたことを特徴とするフィルム搬送装置。 2、前記通気材は、吸引により可撓性フィルムに転写を
生じない微小連通孔と表面平滑性を有する特許請求の範
囲第1項記載のフィルム搬送装置。 3、前記通気材は、相当直径が100μm以下の粒径よ
りなる焼結金属である特許請求の範囲第2項記載のフィ
ルム搬送装置。 4、前記通気材は、目付け20〜300g/m^2、厚
み1mm以下の不織布である特許請求の範囲第2項記載
のフィルム搬送装置。 5、搬送装置が搬送ローラである特許請求の範囲第1項
〜第4項記載のいずれかのフィルム搬送装置。 6、可撓性フィルムは高分子フィルム若しくは高分子フ
ィルム上に機能性膜を積層した機能性高分子フィルムで
ある特許請求の範囲第1項〜第5項記載のいずれかのフ
ィルム搬送装置。 7、可撓性フィルムの膜厚が10〜200μmである特
許請求の範囲第1項〜第6項記載のいずれかのフィルム
