器室６とに区画すると共に、この機器室６の下部
に圧縮機８等の他の冷媒回路を構成する所要機器
を配置するコンプレツサ室９を、またこのコンプ
レツサ室９から上下仕切板７により区画される上
部に電装部品を配置する電装部品室１２を設けて
成る冷凍装置の室外機であつて、上記機器室６側
の本体ケーシング１の側面５に外気流入孔２２，
２３を設け、上記室外フアン３作動時に、外気が

室９と電装部品室１２とをそれぞれ通過して上記
熱交換器室４に流入すべく構成し、さらに上記上
下仕切板７に開口１７を設けると共に、コンデン
サ部品１６の発熱量の多い一端部が上記開口１７
を通して上記コンプレツサ室９内に位置するよう
に上記コンデンサ部品１６を取付けるためのコン
