の促進等を図ることができ、化粧料が塗布された部位に

ニル共重合系樹脂に、粒径が約８μ程度の微粉末状に形
成されたセラミックス製の遠赤外線放射材料を適宜混入
させて、これを溶剤としてのエタノールに溶解して構成
されたものである。尚、前記遠赤外線放射材料は常温に
於いて主として４μｍ〜２０μｍの波長の遠赤外線を放
射するもので多る・
次に、この様な構成からなる化粧料を顔面等の所定箇所
の人体皮膚表面に塗布すれば、遠赤外線放射材料から皮
膚表面及びその奥部の皮下組織に迄遠赤外線が放射され
、これによって人体組織内の微細血管の拡張、血液循環
の促進、細胞の活性化が図られて当該部位の新陳代謝が
促進されるのである。即ち、この新陳代謝の促進はシミ
やそばかすの予防に繋がり、美容上優れた効果を発揮す
る。また、前記遠赤外線は細胞組織の保水率の維持や保
湿性を保つ作用をも有するために、該遠赤外線によって
皮膚の必要な水分が失われる様な支障を生じることもな
いのである。特に、上記の新陳代謝促進作用は２．５μ
ｍ〜１０００μｍの波長範囲の遠赤外線のうち４μｍ〜

は粉末状の遠赤外線放射材料が含有されているために、
遠赤外線放射材料が皮膚表面に残存する様なことは殆ど
ない。但し、該セラミックス製の遠赤外線放射材料が皮

予防又は治癒効果が図れ、皮膚の美容健康１優れた効果
