買機のキヤビネツトを対象とした断熱キヤビネツ
トの扉、特に観音開き式扉の扉シール装置に関す

対向して他方の扉位置でその一部が前記のガスケ
ツトの背後に密着して重なり合うガスケツトを装
着することにより、少ない部品点数で左右の扉の
合わせ端面および扉とキヤビネツト本体との間の
確実なシールが行えるようにしたものである。

たこの考案の対象となる観音開き式内扉であり、
ヒンジ7を支点として矢印A方向へ開閉可能に取
付けられている。かかる観音開き式扉4,5に対
してその裏面側の周縁部には合わせ端面を含む辺
を除く他の三辺には第4図にその断面形状を示す
通常のガスケツト8が、さらに残りの一辺にはこ
の考案に基づき扉4,5の合わせ端面部にその断
面状を第5図および第6図に示す特殊な形状のガ
スケツト9,10が装着されている。さらに、扉
4,5の合わせ端面4a,5aは互に重なり合う
平行傾斜面を形成するように斜めカツトされてい
る。さて前記したガスケツト9,10のうち、ガ
スケツト9はそのガスケツト本体の断面形状が略
L字形になり、傾斜合わせ端面5aと該端面5a
に対応する裏面側の縁部との間にまたがるように
して取付座片9aを介して扉5にねじ止めされて
いる。もう一方のガスケツト10はガスケツト9
に対向してガスケツト本体から側方へ突き出すく
さび状の舌片部10bが扉を閉じた位置で丁度前
記のガスケツト9の背後に入り組んで前後に重な
り合うような断面形状に形成されており、取付座
片10aを介して扉4へねじ止めされている。

ツト9は扉4と5の間および扉5と内箱3との間
に、また一方のガスケツト10は扉4と内箱の間
およびガスケツト10から突き出す舌片10bが
ガスケツト9と内箱との間に挾まれて密着するの
でこの部分に僅かなすき間も形成することがな
く、庫内冷気の漏出を確実に防止することができ

ヤビネツト本体との間を確実にシールすることが
でき、しかも組立工数も少なくて清む等の効果が
得られる扉のシール装置を提供することができ
る。

するとともに、他方の扉には閉扉位置で前記ガス
ケツトに密着し、かつその一部が前記ガスケツト
の背後に入り組んでキヤビネツト本体との間で重
なり合うガスケツトを装着したことを特徴とする
