材は前記ホイールの上側円周面に沿い且つホイールの回
転方向に延長するらっきょう押え部材と、前記部材の両
側の刃板とからなり、両刃板はらっきょうの径の大きさ
に対応して左右方向に接近離開する摺動片にそれぞれ支
持し、トラフは先端底部に開閉蓋をそなえる排出口をそ
なえ、トラフの中途部には傾斜下位側が低くなる段部を
設けてこの段部に、流量調整用短尺のトラフをその先側
を上方に揺動自在に軸支して前記ホイールの一つの凹部
が上方に位置したときトラフ先端排出口の開閉蓋が開、
前記開閉蓋が閉のとき前記短尺トラフは上方に揺動する
カム機構を開閉蓋並びに短尺トラフ間にそれぞれ介在し
たことを特徴とするらっきょうの根切り装置。
