"Conventional technology" In conventional air conditioners, a space is formed on one side of the room, for example, below the air outlet, and electrical components such as LEDs, resistors, and transistors are mounted on printed wiring boards (hereinafter referred to as boards) in this space. It is designed to house the electrical equipment box that houses the display device, control device, power transformer, etc. installed on the
The board is very susceptible to dust, and in devices where the main body is installed in particularly dusty areas, the electronic box is made of synthetic resin and is generally sealed to protect it.

``Problem that the invention seeks to solve'' However, since the electrical box is almost sealed, the temperature inside the box rises due to the heat generated by the power transformer and electrical components, and the direct heat from the power transformer increases. As a result, electrical components that are sensitive to heat are damaged, which not only makes various control and display functions unstable, but also causes trouble to the main body.

As a countermeasure to this problem, it may be possible to form a cooling vent directly in the electrical box, but this would allow dust to enter through the vent and adversely affect the board as described above, leading to malfunctions. .

In addition, the power transformer is heavier than the board etc.
Because the electrical box becomes unbalanced and generates chattering noise due to the vibration of the main unit, a separate support member is installed at the bottom of the power transformer, but this increases the number of parts and increases costs. It was hot.

"Means for solving the problem" This invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional type mentioned above.
The electrical equipment box is housed in a space on the indoor side and is made of synthetic resin in a nearly hermetically sealed manner, with a heat dissipation section exposed to the outside, a mounting section on which the power transformer is placed, and a heat shield section that shields the power transformer and the board. A cooling plate consisting of a heat absorbing section with a heat absorbing section is installed to eliminate damage to electrical components due to temperature rise inside the electrical box and direct heat from the power transformer, and ensure stable control functions.

``Embodiment'' The present invention will be explained with reference to an embodiment shown in the figure below. 1 is the main body of an integrated air conditioner;
The interior is divided into an indoor side A and an outdoor side B by a partition plate 2, and an indoor heat exchanger 3 and an indoor fan 4 are installed on the indoor side A, while an outdoor side B is provided with an indoor side heat exchanger 3 and an indoor side fan 4. A heat exchanger 5 and an outdoor fan 6 are provided with a baffle plate 7 surrounding them, and a fan motor 8, a compressor 9, etc., respectively. Further, a space 11 is formed on one side of the indoor side A, for example, below the air outlet 10, and an electrical equipment box 12 is housed in the space 11. The electrical equipment box 12 is made of synthetic resin and has a substantially sealed structure, and inside the electrical equipment box 12 is a board 1 that has electrical components such as LEDs, resistors, and transistors mounted thereon.
4, a display device, a control device, a power transformer 13, and the like are housed in the electrical equipment box 12, and a cooling plate 15 made of a metal with good thermal conductivity such as an aluminum plate is installed in advance by molding or the like.

The cooling plate 15 has a heat radiating part 16 exposed to the outside at one end thereof, and the end of the heat radiating part 16 is immersed in condensed water generated in the indoor heat exchanger 3 that accumulates on the base 1a. At the same time, it is brought into contact with the base 1a to support the power transformer 13 side of the electrical equipment box 12. On the other hand, a substantially L-shaped heat absorbing section 17 is formed, which has a mounting section 17a on which the power transformer 13 is mounted and a heat shield section 17b that shields the power transformer 13 and the board 14 at the other end. In addition,
If necessary, small holes or irregularities 18 may be formed on the surface of the cooling plate 15 to improve heat exchange.

"Function" With the above configuration, the electrical box 12 is formed in a substantially airtight shape, so even if the main body 1 is installed in a dusty area, dust will not enter into the electrical box 12 from the outside. There isn't.

Further, even if heat is radiated from the power transformer 13 or electrical components in the electrical equipment box 12, this heat is exchanged with the outside air or condensed water that comes into contact with the heat radiating section 16 through thermal conduction of the cooling plate 15, and is radiated to the outside. At this time, the cooling plate 15
Since the power transformer 13 is placed directly on the mounting part 17a, the heat generated by the power transformer 13 is efficiently radiated to the outside, and the direct heat from the power transformer 13 is transferred to the heat shield part 17b. and shield it.

"Effects of the invention" As described above, the invention has an electrical equipment box 12 that is substantially sealed and made of synthetic resin and that houses the power transformer and circuit board.
A cooling plate consisting of a heat dissipating part exposed to the outside, a mounting part on which the power transformer is placed, and a heat absorbing part in a substantially L-shape including a heat shielding part that shields the power transformer and the board is installed. Therefore, the board can be reliably protected from dust and the like, and the heat generated by the power transformer and electrical components can be radiated to the outside by utilizing the heat conduction of the cooling plate 15. In addition, direct heat from the power transformer can be shielded by the heat shield of the cooling plate, and this heat can be prevented from propagating to the substrate side. Therefore, the temperature rise inside the electrical box can be suppressed within a required range, and damage to the electrical components can be reliably prevented, and stable display and control functions can always be performed. Further, since the cooling plate can also be used as a support member on the power transformer side of the electrical equipment box, there is no need for a separate support member as in the conventional case, and the number of parts and costs can be reduced. Moreover, these can be implemented at low cost with an extremely simple configuration as described above.
