〔考案の利用分野〕
本考案は、コンクリート、石こうボード等の切
断を行なう携帯用動力切断工具に関するものであ

本考案を、第1図〜第4図により電動切断工具
への実施例により説明する。1は電動機であり、

カバ6と連結固定されている。工具2は電動機1
によつて回転駆動されるスピンドル12に、内外
2枚のホイルワツシヤ3,3、ワツシヤ4、並び
に固定ボルト5によつて着脱自在に固定されてい
る。ワツシヤ3,3の夫々の側面には、放射状に
複数個の羽根3aが突設されている。7は工具カ
バ6の外周部に設けた切粉排出部である。切粉排
出部7はカバ6内に通じた排出路7a、入口7
b、出口7cからなり、入口7bは回転切断工具
2の接線方向に向いている。8は工具カバ6の下
部に位置したベースで、ベース8と工具カバ6と
は、その先端部で回転可能に連結され、かつ両者
は後端部においてベース8に突設したリンク1
3、並びに図示しないボルトを介してチヨウナツ
ト9で着脱自在に連結されている。上記ベース8
は開口14を有し、該開口14から回転工具2の
下部が下方に突出している。上記工具カバ6に対
するベース8の回転固定位置を変更することで、
回転切断工具2のベース8から突出量を変え、回
転切断工具2の切断深さが設定される。第1図、
第2図の状態は、ベース8がワツシヤ3,3外周
部に接近しており、最大切断深さに近い状態に切
断深さが設定されている。最大切断深さは、ベー
ス8下面からの工具2の突出量で決り、同径の工
具2の場合、ワツシヤ3の外径が小さい程最大切
断深さは大きくとれる。
