These conventional devices cut and join strip-shaped steel plates using bands or conditions. All of these devices are formed so that the holding surface of the steel plate and the upper surface of the lower blade always remain on the same plane, and the steel plate This device can work without changing the height position of the steel plate, not only during cutting, but also when advancing the steel plate after cutting it, and during welding.

Since the belt-shaped steel plate was held only by the holding force of the steel plate holding device, it was necessary to ensure that the steel plate holding device had enough holding force to overcome the cutting resistance force when cutting the steel plate, and even if the steel plate holding device had sufficient holding force, If there is no force, this will cause deformation of the steel plates and misalignment of the steel plates facing each other.

The holding surface of the strip-shaped steel plate and the top surface of the lower blade were formed so that they were always on the same plane, so when the opposing steel plates were moved toward each other after cutting the steel plate, the holding surface and the top surface of the bottom blade The metal is moved while being pressed against the steel plate, which tends to cause scratches on the lower surface of the steel plate, and requires a large moving force due to contact resistance.

In particular, the cut surface of the steel plate must be moved for welding without causing any displacement of the cutting position, and the steel plate holding device must apply a high force to hold the steel plate while moving. It was remarkable.

(Means for solving the problem) The present invention was made with the purpose of solving the above-mentioned problems. A support is provided to guide the upper mold in a vertically movable manner, and a pair of upper and lower blades are provided that can cut the end of the remaining material after the shaped member has been extracted from the coil material or the steel plate of the sealing material into a straight line. Remaining material holding devices are provided parallel to the upper mold and the lower mold, respectively, and have holding surfaces capable of holding the residual material on the same plane, and are opposed to each other, and are arranged in a direction orthogonal to the pair of upper and lower blades. The residual material holding device is provided so as to be movable back and forth, and the residual material holding device is elastically supported by an elastic body so that the residual material is separated from the lower mold except when cutting the residual material, and the upper mold resists the spring force of the elastic body. When the upper mold is lowered, it comes into contact with the lower surface of the upper mold, and when cutting the remaining material, the holding surface and the upper surface of the lower blade are formed on the same surface, and the pair of upper and lower blades are attached to the support. A guide member is provided that guides the arm member in parallel with the blade, and a welding machine torch that can be placed between the pair of upper and lower blades is attached to the tip of the arm member. It was a means to do so.

(Function) Therefore, in the residual steel plate welding apparatus of the present invention, by using the above-described means, when cutting a pair of opposing residual materials, the lower surface of the upper die and the residual material holding device are connected. The remaining material is cut by the pair of upper and lower blades while being held by the force obtained by adding the holding force of the remaining material holding device to the clamping force of the upper die and the lower die.

After cutting, when the upper mold separates from the lower mold, the remaining material held in the elastic residual material holding device made of an elastic body and the lower mold are separated positionally, and the remaining material after cutting advances. In this case, the advancing operation is performed in a state where there is no contact between the remaining material and the upper surface of the lower blade.

As explained above, in the apparatus for joining residual steel plates of the embodiment, the residual materials m, m during cutting are
The holding force of the remaining material holding device 9 and the upper mold 6
Since the force is obtained by adding the clamping force by the lower die 3 and the clamping force by the lower mold 3, it is possible to obtain a high holding force during cutting when the holding force is most needed, even without setting the holding force by the residual material holding device 9 to be high. This allows the cutting operation to be carried out smoothly and orderly.

In addition, when the remaining materials m, m are advanced after cutting, the remaining materials m, m and the lower die 3 (the upper surface 13a of the lower shearing blade 13) are separated from each other, so that the lower surface of the remaining materials m, m There is no chance of scratches due to metal contact during advancement, and no contact resistance is added, so the advancement force by the work base drive cylinder 17 can be very small.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above in detail with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to this embodiment. For example, the remaining material holding device, the remaining material driving device, the arm driving device, etc. In addition, the arm member may be a cantilever-supported arm member, and the torch of the welding machine is a high-frequency Deig welding torch, which is shown in the example, but it is capable of butt welding. Other welding torches may also be used. Note that changes in the design of these devices and selection of welding torches are included in the present invention to the extent that they do not depart from the gist of the present invention.

(Effect of the invention) Therefore, in the apparatus for joining residual steel plates of the present invention, the residual material is prevented from shifting or bending during cutting because it has a means that can ensure a high holding force for retaining the residual material during cutting. The cutting operation can be carried out smoothly and neatly without getting too hot.

In addition, since we have adopted a means to ensure that there is no metal contact when the remaining material is advanced, the bottom surface of the remaining material will not be scratched due to metal contact movement.
This has the effect of requiring only a very small expansion force.

[Scope of claim for utility model registration] An upper mold, a lower mold, and a support that guides the upper mold in a vertically movable manner are provided, and the end of the remaining material after the shaped member has been extracted from a steel plate of a coil material or a sealing material. A pair of upper and lower blades capable of cutting the remaining material in a straight line are provided parallel to the upper mold and the lower mold, respectively, and residual material holding devices having holding surfaces capable of holding the residual material on the same plane face each other. At the same time, the pair of upper and lower blades are provided so as to be movable back and forth in a direction orthogonal to each other, and the residual material holding device is made of an elastic material and is elastically configured to keep the residual material away from the lower mold except when cutting the residual material. When the upper die is held and descends against the spring force of the elastic body,
An arm member is formed so that the holding surface and the upper surface of the lower blade are flush with each other when cutting the remaining material by contacting and pushing the lower surface of the upper mold, and is attached to the support in parallel with the pair of upper and lower blades. A guide member is provided to guide the welding machine, and a welding torch that can be placed between the pair of upper and lower blades is attached to the tip of the arm member. A welding device for residual steel plates having the above features.
