BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY In a conventional automatic cutting and crimping machine, as shown in FIG.
The electric wire w crimped is held by the conveyor claw c on the chain b which is rotated by a sprocket etc. and moves in the direction A, and the conveyor claw c is released at the end and the electric wire w
The system was such that the product was simply left on the product holder d.

Therefore, the present inventors (applicants) first installed a product receiver for receiving a predetermined number of electric wires, a pair of opposing adhesive tape drums, and a device located on the opposite side of the product receiver with respect to the tape drum. and a pair of pressing molds facing each other, and the product bundle supported by the product receiver is movable so as to be drawn between the pair of pressing molds across the adhesive tape stretched between the adhesive tape drums. At the same time, a cushion member having a recess corresponding to the product bundle is provided on the opposing surface of the pressing die,
Furthermore, we proposed a device equipped with a tape cutter for this pressing, and made it possible to automatically bundle the electric wires collected in the product receiver into predetermined numbers using adhesive tape (hereinafter simply referred to as the prior invention device). In the device of the previous invention, the ends of the wires before being bundled with adhesive tape are simply placed on the product holder, causing short objects to lose their balance and long objects to fall or shear due to their own weight. There were problems such as falling.

Problems to be Solved The purpose of the present invention was to solve the above problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to securely hold the twisted wires that are successively conveyed to the product receiver until they are bundled, thereby increasing the number of products. An object of the present invention is to provide a temporary bundling method and device that can prevent counting errors and improve labor savings.

Means for Solving the Problems In the method for temporarily bundling electric wires of the present invention, a set of product holding claws holds the electric wires that are sequentially conveyed and placed on a product receiver having an open upper end through the opening of the product receiver. Cross the formed virtual receiving space of the electric wire, partially close it, immediately escape from the partially closed position to the side where it intersects with the electric wire, rise away from the receiving space, and rise above the receiving space from the raised position. A device for carrying out this method is characterized in that the set of wire holding claws alternately press down the wire from above by approaching and descending operations to hold the wire in the product receiver, and the device for carrying out this method includes: It has a product receptacle, such as a substantially U-shape with an open upper end, arranged in the direction of extension of the electric wire to receive the electric wire, and a product pressing part located on the side of the product receptacle and at the upper part with one side open. and a set of product holding claws that have an operating section at the bottom and are driven by a rod or the like connected to the operating section, and during operation, the product pressing section is formed by the opening of the product receiver. A means is provided for traversing a virtual receiving space for electric wires, closing a portion thereof, and then immediately escaping to the side where the electric wire intersects and leaving the receiving space.

Function String-shaped products such as electric wires are transported to the product receiver.
A set of product holding claws that operate alternately ensure that each product is held down from above, so that the products will not fall off or shift from the product tray until they are finally bundled. As a result, it is possible to promote labor saving without causing errors in counting the number of products or requiring human labor. In addition, the product holding claw opens away from the virtual receiving space for the product formed by the opening of the product receiver, rises, approaches, and then descends to return to its original state. Since it uses a rotating motion, there are no problems such as tangling with the product or damage caused by pulling.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention alternately uses a set of product holding claws that press down the electric wire being transferred and placed on the product receiver and then immediately escape to the side where it intersects with the wire. Because it is designed to restrain the wires, it is possible to continuously supply the wires to the product receiver from above, and it is also possible to press down the wires without interruption to completely prevent the wires from falling off, thereby reducing errors in counting the number of wires. It has the feature that it can be eliminated.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A set of product holding claws crosses a virtual receiving space for the wires formed by the opening of the product receiver, so that the wires are sequentially transferred and placed in a product receiver whose upper end is open. The part of the set of wires is partially closed, and immediately escapes from the partially closed position to the side where it intersects with the electric wire, thereby rising away from the receiving space, and approaching the upper part of the receiving space from the raised position and descending. A method for temporarily bundling electric wires, characterized in that wire holding claws alternately press down the electric wires from above and hold the electric wires in a product receiver. 2. A substantially U-shaped product receiver with an open upper end arranged in the direction of extension of the wire for receiving the wire;
A set of product holding claws located on the side of the product receiver, having a product pressing part at the top with an open side and an operating part at the lower part, and driven by a rod or the like connected to the operating part. During operation, the product pressing part crosses the virtual receiving space for the electric wire formed by the opening of the product receiver, partially closes it, and then immediately escapes to the side where it intersects with the electric wire and receives the electric wire. A device for temporarily bundling electric wires that is characterized by leaving a space.
