筒杆の両側にそれぞれ平板が取り付けられて仕切
板が構成され、このようになる仕切板の中空筒杆
を前記取付プレートの支持腕部に外挿することに
より該仕切板が立設されるとともに、この仕切板
の先端に装飾柱が被嵌されたものである。
