For example, there are methods using bolts and rivets. However, when the member to be locked is a wire rod, this method is limited. Moreover, there is no method of locking the wire rod to the support member using a bolt, rivet, or the like alone as a locking means, but some kind of auxiliary member must be used in combination. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, when a wiring member is made by fixing and supporting a wire 25, such as a copper wire, using a rivet 24 to a supporting member 20, such as a printed circuit board, the wire is shaped like a plate. A rivet insertion hole is provided in the plate-like body, and both parts 1420.2
A rivet 24 was inserted through 5 and caulked to secure and support it. Alternatively, the plate material may be fixed to the circuit board using hollow rivets.

The wire can be held by holding it in the provided two-part slit and passing through the slit. In addition, the rivet-crimped leg end naturally does not protrude outward beyond the diameter of the rivet insertion hole in the support member, so it becomes a retaining portion from the support member, and the rivet is prevented from coming off.

This figure schematically shows a double-acting type caulking device, and in the figure, reference numeral 8 indicates a stand. The rivet 4, which is placed on the stand 8 with its legs angled downward in the figure, is inserted into a hole provided in a support member 10, here a printed circuit board. The wire 5 is inserted into a two-part slit (not shown in the figure) at the end of the rivet leg that penetrates the substrate. On the other hand, the double-acting punch 6a,
6b, the outer punch 6a comes down and bends the pair of split pieces using the circular arc portion so as to cover the wire 5, and then the inner punch 6b further presses the bent pair of split pieces. Then, perform caulking. The rivet 4 caulked in this way is shown in FIG.

0 indicates a support member. The structure for supporting the wire rod 5 on the support member 10 was explained in the first embodiment, but in this example, the wire rod 5 to be supported is attached to a pair of split pieces 2 that are caulked together.
It is characterized by being prevented from slipping out from a. That is, wire relief parts 6c are provided on the outer punch 6a of the caulking device (FIG. 5) described in the first embodiment, and the relief parts 6c are arranged at two locations so as to be in contact with the outer periphery of the pair of split pieces of the rivet 4. As a result, the pair of split pieces 2a are caulked, and the wire rod 5 is deformed in cross section by the relief portion 6c of the punch 6a, protruding laterally to provide a retaining portion 11. As a result, the wire 5 is prevented from coming off with the retaining portion II sandwiching the caulked portion.
