Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a seaweed fertilizer having excellent fertilizing effects and feed KOJI having excellent feed digestibility, by slightly boiling seaweeds blended with starch, powering to give a culture medium and processing the culture medium into yeast KOJI. CONSTITUTION:Seaweeds blended with starch are slightly boiled, powdered, and molded into a granular state to give a culture medium. Then seed KOJI is added to the culture medium, which is kept warm at about 30 deg.C for about 3 days, mixed with a yeast solution and kept warm at about 30 deg.C for 2 days.
