The decorative method for a building board according to the present invention involves preheating a building board 2 on which an uneven pattern 1 has been formed, and then coating the surface 3 of the building board 2 with two types of transparent paint 4 having different color tones and having fluidity. It is characterized in that it is discharged and applied continuously and sequentially to form a flow curtain.

The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 2 is a construction board like a flat roofing material,
An uneven pattern 1 is formed on the planar surface 3.
The concave portion 5 of this uneven pattern 1 has a depth of 0.3 to 1.0 mm and a width of 0.3 mm.
~1.0mm, and the pitch P between the recesses 5 is 0.5~5.0mm.
This construction board 2 is conveyed toward a flow coater 7 by a belt conveyor 6 as shown in FIG.
Two flow coaters 7 are arranged along the direction of movement of the building board 2. The flow coater 7 sends the paint 4 from the paint tank 8 to the head 11 via the circulation pipe 10 by the circulation pump 9, and from the discharge nozzle (not shown) at the lower end of the head 11 to the flow curtain 12.
The paint is discharged so as to form a paint tank, passes through the saucer 13, and is circulated to the paint tank 8. A paint 4 containing a light-colored pigment is injected into a paint tank 8 located on the front side with respect to the direction of movement of the architectural board 2, and a paint 4 containing a dark-colored pigment is injected into a paint tank 8 on the rear side. put. However, it may be reversed. The paint 4 is a transparent water-based emulsion or solvent-based paint with a viscosity of 500 to 2000 cps. Therefore, the construction board 2 is conveyed by the belt conveyor 6 across the front and rear flow curtains 12, and two types of paints 4 having different colors are applied to the surface 3 of the construction board 2. Note that the surface 3 of the construction board 2 is preheated to 40 to 60°C. In this case, a difference in paint flow occurs between the concave portions 5 and the convex portions 14 of the uneven pattern 1, and as shown in FIG. This causes a difference in tone. Furthermore, since the amount of coating is greater in the recesses 5 than in the projections 14, the depth of the recesses 5 is further increased. After applying the two types of paints 4 having different tones in this manner, the architectural board 2 is conveyed to a dryer (not shown) by a belt conveyor 6, and the paint 4 is dried and baked to decorate the architectural board 2. end.

In the present invention, since a fluid transparent paint is continuously applied to the surface of a construction board having an uneven pattern by discharging it so as to form a flow curtain, the concave and convex portions of the uneven pattern can be easily coated. This causes a difference in the flow of the paint, resulting in a smaller amount of paint applied on the sloped area.Furthermore, since two types of paint with different tones are applied sequentially, the color tone will differ between the sloped area where the amount applied is small and the recessed area where paint accumulates. This allows a large difference to appear and the depth of the recesses to further increase, emphasizing the uneven pattern.Furthermore, since the construction board is preheated, the drying time of the paint after it is applied can be shortened, and the paint can be applied continuously. Coupled with the ability to apply the coating in a uniform manner, the decoration of architectural boards can be completed continuously and in a short period of time.
