(Prior art) Traditionally, many wooden houses and steel-framed houses have sloped roofs, and roofing materials for these have been made of tiles, metal plates, etc. of various shapes in order to give the roofs a desirable aesthetic appearance and design. is used. Furthermore, many of the recent houses and buildings with fireproof structures such as prefabricated houses and reinforced concrete houses have horizontal flat roofs, and membrane waterproofing materials such as asphalt waterproofing and sheet waterproofing are used as roofing materials. In the case of such a flat roof, since it is generally invisible from the surroundings, no special beauty or design is required.

(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the present invention is a belt-like long sheet material made of flexible thermoplastic resin and having a width equivalent to or similar to that of a roof tile. A region along one side edge is left as an overlapping margin with a flat surface, and a concavo-convex pattern of an arbitrary shape is formed in the remaining region, and the concave and convex portions of the concave-convex pattern have different hues. This is a decorative waterproof sheet for sloped roofs.

That is, as shown in the figure, the decorative waterproof sheet 10 of the present invention is a strip-shaped sheet material having an appropriate width, for example, about 10 to 40 cm, such as general roof tiles or other roofing materials, and the surface of the decorative waterproof sheet 10 is for,
In order to enhance the beauty and design, an uneven pattern 2 of an arbitrary shape is formed by leaving an area along one side edge as an overlapping margin 1, and in order to make the uneven pattern 2 stand out, an uneven pattern 2 is formed. The concave portions 2a and the convex portions 2b of No. 2 have different hues.

The above-mentioned decorative waterproof sheet 10 of the present invention is made of a flexible thermoplastic resin, and in particular, by being made of a soft thermoplastic resin such as a soft polyvinyl chloride resin or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, it can be heated at room temperature. It is preferable to provide sufficient flexibility so as to sufficiently fit the shape of the part to be decorated, such as a sloping roof.

Furthermore, such a belt-shaped sheet material may be made of a single thermoplastic resin, or as shown in the figure, a fiber reinforced layer 3 made of various fibers, woven fabric, non-woven fabric, etc. may be provided therein. Although not shown, these fiber reinforcing layers 3 may be laminated on the back side of the strip-shaped sheet material. By providing these fiber reinforcing layers 3, the strength of the belt-shaped sheet material is significantly improved, and it is also possible to suppress the elasticity of the belt-shaped sheet material due to differences in temperature.

The decorative waterproof sheet 10 of the present invention has a concavo-convex pattern 2 of an arbitrary shape on one side of the above-mentioned strip-shaped sheet material. Instead, as shown in the figure, an area of about 1/3 to 4/5 of the surface of the belt-shaped sheet material is left as an overlapping margin 1 along the side edges of the belt-shaped sheet material. It goes without saying that the uneven pattern 2 provided in this way enhances the beauty, design, and three-dimensional effect of the decorative waterproof sheet 10 , but the area where such an uneven pattern 2 is not provided is as shown in the fourth figure. When this decorative waterproof sheet 10 is used to cover a sloping roof or the like, it provides an overlap margin with an adjacent decorative waterproof sheet. This overlap area 1 is also an area that is bonded or fused to the adjacent decorative tarpaulin sheet, and this overlap area 1 may be horizontal to the uneven pattern 2 and the surface, but if it is horizontal, it is as shown in the fourth figure. When overlapped, the overlapped portion becomes higher by the thickness of this decorative waterproof sheet. If it is desirable to reduce the height of this overlapped portion, the thickness of the overlapped portion 1 may be made thinner than the thickness of the uneven pattern 2 portion, as shown in the third figure.

The uneven pattern 2 as described above can be formed by any conventionally known method, and a preferred example is by embossing the strip-shaped sheet material with an embossing roll provided with projections of an arbitrary shape. An uneven pattern 2 having recesses 2a of arbitrary depth is easily formed. When forming the uneven pattern 2 by embossing, it is also possible to use a valley dyeing printing method in which printing ink is applied to the convex portions of an embossing roll and embossing is carried out. By imparting a hue different from that of the band-shaped sheet material to the bottoms of the recesses 2a of the uneven pattern 2, a decorative waterproof sheet with further improved design and three-dimensional effect can be provided. Of course, such coloring is not limited to the valley printing method, and any coloring method may be used. Also, if the hues of the concave portions 2a and the convex portions 2b are different, the concave portions 2a may be left as they are, and the convex portions 2b may be colored. Of course, the surface may be colored. Furthermore, the uneven pattern 2 formed in this manner can be divided into appropriate lengths by thick lines 4 perpendicular to the length direction of the decorative waterproof sheet 10 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4. This is preferable because the design and aesthetics of the waterproof sheet are further improved.

The decorative waterproof sheet 10 of the present invention as described above is manufactured by processing thermoplastic resin such as soft polyvinyl chloride resin by any method, preferably by extrusion processing method, calender processing method, etc., to a desired width and the shape shown in the third figure. By forming the sheet into a sheet with such a cross-sectional shape, applying an uneven pattern 2 with an embossing roll having arbitrary unevenness, and preferably performing valley dye printing, all can be manufactured continuously. Can be provided very economically.

(Function/Effect) According to the present invention as described above, the decorative waterproof sheet of the present invention has an uneven pattern formed on its surface, and the hues of the concave portions and convex portions are different, so that it is very effective. It has excellent aesthetics, design, and three-dimensional appearance.

In addition, since there is an overlap margin formed on the surface, the belt-shaped sheet material is made of thermoplastic resin, and furthermore, this belt-shaped sheet material is made of a flexible material, it can be used on any surface. It can be adhered by following the surface shape sufficiently, and complete waterproofness can be achieved by overlapping the overlapping portions and sufficiently adhering the overlapping portions by adhesive or fusion. Therefore, the decorative waterproof sheet of the present invention is particularly useful as a decorative material for sloped roofs of fire-resistant buildings made of reinforced concrete or prefabricated structures, and is also useful as a decorative material or waterproof sheet for various purposes other than these. .
