[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to the invention of a mechanism for preventing the outer shoji from falling off of sliding windows, which appropriately prevents the outer shoji from falling off with a minute structure in the outer shoji of the sliding window, and also prevents the falling of the outer shoji when the inner shoji is removed. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new mechanism for preventing the outer shoji from falling off, which allows the outer shoji to be easily removed.

Windows are essential for lighting and ventilation in various buildings and structures, and sliding windows are a typical example of such windows. However, with these sliding windows, there is a possibility that the outer shoji may come off the rails and fall outside, which means that in the case of modern high-rise buildings, the outer shoji may fall when opening and closing windows on upper floors. In particular, if this outer shoji comes off, it is extremely difficult to prevent it from falling inside, and there is a great danger that it will fall onto the street, and of course, the outer shoji will be damaged. Furthermore, it is not desirable for the outside shoji to be able to fall off to the outside in this way from the viewpoint of crime prevention and other reasons. Therefore, it seems that some proposals have been made in the past to prevent such outer shoji from falling off, but in these conventional shoji, protrusions that engage with the window frame or inner shoji are formed on the inner surface of the outer shoji. However, when such a conventional method is used, the lower stile of the outer shoji is considerably deformed, which is disadvantageous in manufacturing and handling, and also has the disadvantage that it also poses a problem in opening and closing the outer shoji. be.

The present invention was devised after repeated studies in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and the embodiments thereof are explained as shown in the attached drawings.
The outer shoji 1 and the inner shoji 2 are fitted into the rail parts 11a and 12a of the upper and lower frames 11 and 12 as sliding doors in the window frame 10 formed by the lower frame 12 and the side frames 13, and are not moved. As is well known, in the present invention, small protrusions 3 are formed on the inner side of the lower stile 1a of the outer shoji 1 that is fitted and run in this manner, and the rail portion 12a of the lower frame 12 relative to the inner sash 2 is formed. An engaging piece 4 that engages with the small protrusion 3 is provided on the outside of the shoji so that the engaging piece 4 can be raised and lowered. It is something that

Although it is true that a hinge mechanism or the like may be used to attach the engaging piece 4 so that it can be raised and lowered, as shown in FIGS. It is also sufficient to form a boss portion and fit it into the pocket portion 14 of the lower frame 12 so as not to slip out. In addition, in this illustrated example, a slip-off prevention member 5 that is operated in a push-button manner is also attached to the top of the outer shoji 2. That is, this slip-off prevention member 5 is pushed in as shown in FIG. As a result, the tip of the member 5 is joined to the rail portion 11a to prevent the outer shoji 1 from floating above a predetermined traveling position, and thus to prevent it from falling off.

To explain the operation of the above-mentioned device according to the present invention, the outer shoji 1 is moved along its upper and lower rails 11.
a, 12a, and when the engaging piece 4 is tilted down as shown in Fig. 2, the tip of the engaging piece 4 will be located on the small protrusion 3, and in this state By fitting the shoji 2 between the rails 11a and 12a, the lower end outer part of the inner shoji 2 is positioned on the engaging piece 4 which is tilted as described above, and the engaging piece 4 can be freely raised. Even if the shoji 1 is removed, it will not be raised, and therefore, it will always be positioned on the small protrusion 3, thereby accurately preventing the outer shoji 1 from coming off. In addition, when removing such an outer shoji 1, the inner shoji 2 is removed so that the engagement piece 4 becomes in a state where it can be pulled up as shown in FIG. 3, and therefore, the outer shoji 1 is removed in this state. Therefore, even if the engaging piece 4 is not pulled up, it will be pulled up by the small protrusion 3 when the outer shoji 1 is removed, and it can be easily removed by a normal outer shoji removal operation.

According to the present invention as explained above, it is clear that falling of the outer shoji can be accurately prevented, and since the outer shoji 1 only has small protrusions 3 formed therein, it is easy to manufacture and manufacture it. Although the shoji 1 does not cause any disadvantages in handling and has a good appearance, and in this way accurately prevents the shoji from falling off, the removal of the shoji 1 is exactly the same as conventional shoji shoji that do not have a falling-off prevention mechanism. It has the effect of being easy to carry out, and is a highly effective device in practical terms.
