[Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention] If sliding windows are removed from the outside, especially those on the second or third floor or higher, there is a risk that the window may fall outside when removed, and if scaffolding is required. Various types have been devised for reasons such as the following.

The general method for installing and removing internal shoji is to first lift the internal shoji, release the engagement with the rail of the lower frame, and bring it into the room from the lower stile side. There is a type where the stile part is dropped between the inside and outside rails, and then brought into the room from the upper stile side. However, even with internal sliding windows,
A structure with high watertightness and airtightness is required, and the above type is easy to remove, but the rising piece on the indoor side of the lower frame is short to ensure watertightness (preventing rainwater from entering the room). ) is difficult. In addition, with the above-mentioned type, especially when the outer shoji is also removable, the lower end of the inner shoji is dropped between the inner and outer rails of the lower frame, so the gap between the inner and outer rails must be widened. The problem is how to ensure watertightness and airtightness, such as the arrangement of airtight materials between the inner and outer shoji and between the outer shoji and the lower frame. Therefore, as shown in Utility Model Publication No. 59-102893 (publication of Utility Model Publication No. 64-1428), the applicant first lifted the outer shoji, locked the lower stile to the screen rail, and then lifted the inner shoji and lowered it. We developed a method in which the lower frame of the stile is disengaged from the rail, the lower stile is placed on the rail of the outer shoji, and the upper stile is brought into the room, and then the outer shoji is brought in. In terms of structure, it is troublesome to remove, and if the outer shoji is not securely engaged with the screen rail, it may fall off.

[Means for solving the problem] The inner sliding sliding window in this invention has a structure in which the lower end of the inner sash 4 is dropped between the inner and outer rails 6 and 7 of the lower frame 1 when the inner shoji 4 is removed. In the lower frame of the internal sliding window formed with the recess 8 for
In the recess 8 between the inner and outer rails 6, 7, there is provided a recess 8 which covers the recess 8 and which faces the outer shoji 5 when the inner and outer shoji 4, 5 attached to the inner and outer rails 6, 7 are closed. A lower frame attachment 9 of approximately the same length as the lower stile 5a is attached to the lower stile 5a of the shoji 5 on the indoor side in order to abut the airtight material 21 provided along the longitudinal direction.
A first attachment 9a which is detachably attached to the end of the lower frame 1 and has a width larger than the width of the connecting frame of the inner shoji 4, and a second attachment which is slidable in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 1. It consists of two members 9b.

A recess 8 is formed between the inner rail 6 and the outer rail 7 that are integral with the lower frame 1, and as shown in FIG.
It is designed so that the lower end of the can be dropped. In addition, in this example, as shown in FIG.
The lower end of the outer shoji 5 can be dropped even when the outer shoji 5 is installed or removed from the inside. Also, lower frame 1
The vertical dimension of the rising piece 18 on the indoor side of the frame is set large to prevent rainwater accumulated on the lower frame 1 from entering the room due to wind pressure or the like. Therefore, the inner shoji 4 cannot be taken into the room unless it is once dropped into the recess.

Regarding the arrangement of airtight materials at the lower frame 1 position, airtight materials 20 and 21 are attached to the indoor side of the inner shoji 4 and outer shoji 5, and the lower frames 4a and 5a, respectively, and the airtight materials 20 and 21 are installed on the indoor side rise of the lower frame 1, respectively. In the piece 18 and the recess 8,
It is brought into contact with a lower frame attachment 9 mounted so as to cover this recess 8.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIGS. 4 to 6, the lower frame attachment 9 is made of a synthetic resin block and is detachable from the end of the lower frame 1. It consists of two members, a first attachment 9a having a width larger than that of the first attachment 9a, and a second attachment 9b made of extruded material, and extends from one end of the lower frame 1 to the shoji fitting position. The first attachment 9a also serves as a crescent stopper, and is a sliding member that can freely slide in the vertical direction along an airtight material abutting portion 10 that the airtight material 21 comes into contact with, and a sliding groove 19 formed in the vertical frame 3. 11 and a crescent stopper part 12 covering the end of the inner rail 6 are integrally molded. In the figure, 13 is an engagement groove with which the end of the inner rail 6 engages, 14 is a pull part formed by recessing the sliding part 11, and the first attachment 9a uses the pull part 14 to move the vertical frame It can be removed by pulling upwards along line 3. When installing, just press down. As shown in FIG. 1, the second attachment 9b is attached to the lower frame 1 within the recess 8 of the lower frame 1 with two locking parts 16 and 17, and is slidable in the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 1. . The airtight material of the lower stile 5a of the outer shoji 5 abuts against the airtight material abutting portion 15, which is a hanging piece on the outdoor side.

Figures 6 to 8 show the inner shoji 4 in this invention.
This is a simplified illustration of the principle by which the inner shoji 4 and the outer shoji 5 can be removed. The positional relationship when the inner shoji 4 and the outer shoji 5 are closed is as shown in Fig. 6, and the airtight material 21 of the lower stile 5a of the outer shoji 5 is the 1 attachment 9a and 2nd
It comes into contact with the lower frame attachment 9 consisting of two members of the attachment 9b. When removing the inner shoji 4, use the first attachment 9a as shown in FIG.
(which can be moved upward as described above) and move the second attachment 9b to one end.
This eliminates interference between the inner shoji 4 and the lower frame attachment 9, so the inner shoji 4
The lower end of the holder can be dropped into the recess 8 between the inner and outer rails 6 and 7, and the holder can be brought into the room as shown in FIG. Subsequently, the lower end of the outer shoji 5 is also dropped into the recess 8, and can be taken into the room as shown in FIG. Naturally, when installing the inner and outer shoji 4 and 5, the above procedure can be performed in reverse.

[Effect of the invention] Since the inner shoji is installed and removed from the inside by first dropping the lower end of the inner shoji into the recess between the inner and outer rails, it is difficult to locate the rising piece on the indoor side of the lower frame of the window frame. It can be made large and has good rain protection.

The airtight material on the outer shoji side comes into contact with the lower frame attachment that is attached to the recess between the inner and outer rails of the lower frame to cover this recess, so the shape of the outer shoji lower stile does not become complicated, and it is watertight and airtight. can be increased.

When installing and removing from the inside, the first attachment of the lower frame attachment is removed and the second attachment is brought to one end of the lower frame, so that interference with the inner shoji can be easily avoided and removal from the inside is possible.
