DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a method of applying a self-leveling material to a wide range of floor surfaces.

Cell 7 repelling material is a material that becomes a low-viscosity slurry when mixed with water, and solidifies over time after installation. During construction, the slurry has a low viscosity, making it easy to obtain a horizontal surface. For this reason, Cell 7 leveling material is used to form the horizontal surfaces of the tops of foundations or floors of buildings.

When using this type of self-leveling material on the floor,
A good horizontal surface is obtained when the floor area is relatively small. However, when the floor area becomes large, it takes time to apply the self-leveling material, so by the time the construction is completed, the self-leveling material in the area that has already been applied gradually loses its fluidity, and the slurry of the newly supplied self-leveling material gradually loses its fluidity. The connections were not smooth and it was often difficult to obtain a level surface over the entire floor.

Therefore, we divide a wide area into small sections by partitioning them with weirs such as wooden blocks or square iron pipes, pour slurry of self-leveling material into each section one after another, and remove the weirs that form the boundaries between adjacent sections after pouring. The method of doing so is adopted. However, these woodblock weirs are usually 4
A length of about 5 m was used, and if the length was insufficient depending on the size of the floor surface, it was necessary to connect one piece, and if the length was excessive, it was necessary to cut it. In addition, the slurry of the self-leveling material leaked from the gap between the weir and the floor due to poor adhesion due to unevenness of the floor.

Furthermore, moving the long weir as described above was a labor-intensive task, especially since it required moving a weir dripping with slurry of leveling material, especially when removing the weir after construction. .

Therefore, the present inventors investigated ways to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, they discovered that excellent effects can be obtained by using a rubber weir, and have come to provide the present invention. .

That is, the present invention is a method for constructing a self-leveling material, which is characterized in that the floor surface is divided into a plurality of sections by partitioning the floor surface using a rubber weir, and a slurry of the cell leveling material is sequentially poured into the sections.

As the material of the weir used in the present invention, any known flexible rubber can be used without any restriction. Examples include styrene-butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, and isoprene rubber. In order to fully demonstrate the function of the self-leveling material slurry as a weir, the height of the weir is higher than the construction thickness of the Cell 7 leveling material, and the thickness of the weir is 1ilIt! ! It is preferable that the thickness of the self-leveling material slurry be as thin as possible so that the thickness of the slurry of the self-leveling material is not significantly affected by the removal of the weir that forms the boundary between the sections.

Therefore, in the present invention, a band-shaped weir is preferably used. The width of the band-shaped weir is thicker than the construction thickness of the self-leveling material, and is usually selected from a range of 2 to 5 cm, and the thickness is o! 1-21. Preferably 0.5-1.5cm
selected from the range. Although the length of the band-shaped weir is not particularly limited, a length of 3 to 1 ion is usually suitable.

The method of fixing the rubber weir to the floor surface is not particularly limited, but fixing it to the floor surface and removing it may be done in order to make it easier to sew and improve workability, and to enable repeated use. A fixing method using concrete nails is preferred.

It is also possible to fix the rubber @ by sandwiching it with concrete nails. In order to improve the adhesion between the rubber weir and the floor and eliminate leakage of the self-leveling material slurry, It is preferable to fix the concrete by hammering copper for concrete so that it penetrates the rubber weir from the vertical direction and reaches the floor surface. Therefore, it is preferable to provide a hole for a concrete nail in the rubber weir that penetrates from one thickness side to the other. It is preferable to provide them near both ends of the rubber weir and at appropriate intervals, for example, at intervals of 50 to 200 threads.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a rubber weir installed on the floor and a self-leveling material poured into it, viewed from above the floor. As shown in FIG. 1(a), rubber weirs are attached alternately from opposite ends of the floor surface to the other end. Although it depends on the pouring speed of the self-leveling material slurry, it is generally preferable that the rftl 11 of the rubber weir be spaced at intervals of 2 to 4 m in order to obtain a good horizontal surface. In this way, the first
Pour the self-leveling material slurry in sequence in the direction shown by the arrows in Figure (a) (shaded area), and when it reaches the adjacent compartment, self-leveling the adjacent compartment into which it was poured first while rolling up or removing the bowl weir. Construction is carried out while shaping the material so that it is on the same level as the material surface (Fig. 1 (b)). In this way, the self-leveling material can be successfully applied to the floor surface.

According to the method of the present invention, since the rubber weir is flexible, it can be used by bending the weir into any shape to partition the floor, so there is no need to worry about the length of the weir being too large or too short for the floor. Even in this case, there is no need to cut, making it easy to overlap and splice. Moreover, even if the shape of the floor surface is special, it can be partitioned.

■ To remove the rubber weir, tap both sides of the concrete nails alternately, and the concrete nails will easily come off while being held in the rubber weir, making it easier to remove the concrete nails from the rubber weir. The self-leveling material slurry can be rolled up and removed at the same time as it is poured. Therefore, there is no problem of insufficient amount of self-leveling material slurry occupying the weir volume after weir removal.
