Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a heat exchanger for a comfortable space heating operation in which a ratio between radiation heating and convection heating can he freely varied by a method wherein a panel having a superior thermal conductivity is fixed to a surface of a fin tube and a blower of which air volume can be controlled is placed in correspondence with the panel. CONSTITUTION:A fin tube is fixed to a panel 3 made of aluminum and copper and the like having a superior thermal conductivity, a blower 4 is a blower of which blown air volume can be controlled. The blower is placed in compliance with the fin tube. When a heating operation rises, in order to make a rapid heating action, the number of revolution of the blower is increased, for example, and the amount of heat exchanging with a coolant is increased. At this time, a surface temperature at the panel 3 is entirely low and radiation heat is not felt well at a human body. In turn, when the operation is transferred to normal heating operation, the amount of blown air is decreased and the panel surface temperature is increased in place of reduction of the amount of heat exchanging action between air and coolant flowing in the tube 2, whereby the radiation component for a human body is increased and comfortable heating is assured.

The gist of the present invention is a heat exchanger characterized in that a panel with good thermal conductivity is pasted on the surface of a fin tube, and a blower that can control the air volume is associated with the Shikon 1.

以下、この発明を第1図及び第2図に示す実施例にもと

The blower (2) is a blower whose air volume can be controlled by changing the amount of opening/closing of the damper or by changing the number of rotations of the blower, and is provided corresponding to the fin tube.

When heating starts up, rapid heating is performed by, for example, increasing the number of rotations of the fan, increasing the amount of air blown, and increasing the amount of heat exchanged with the refrigerant. At this time, the surface temperature of panel (2) is low overall, and the human body does not feel much radiant heat.

、吹き出す気流速度が大なため、人体には不快である。
On the other hand, when switching to steady heating, although the temperature is warmer, the speed of airflow blown out is large, making it uncomfortable for the human body.

Therefore, in exchange for reducing the air volume and reducing the amount of heat exchange between the air and the refrigerant flowing through the tube (2), the panel surface temperature increases, increasing the radiation component to the human body and providing comfortable heating.

At this time, if the panel (2) is installed with the high-temperature part facing down, it will become a radiant panel that cools the head and heats the feet. If it is used as a floor panel, it will provide comfortable floor heating, although there will be some radiation distribution.

According to the heat exchanger of the present invention, when used for space heating, there is regular heating due to convection at the time of startup,
Under steady-state conditions, you can switch to comfortable radiant heating. It goes without saying that the refrigerant is not limited to one whose temperature does not change as in the above embodiments, but also one whose temperature changes.
