It consists of ultrafine powder with a diameter of 0.02 μm, and the majority of the mother ultrafine powder is bound by a transparent binder into small spheres with a diameter of 2 to 30 μm, and its effects are as follows.

It was confirmed that when bound to the small spheres with a transparent binder, there is no adverse effect on the skin, and while the unique optical properties of mica are fully utilized, the spreadability of the cosmetic material can be sufficiently improved.

0.5 During production, spherical mica and super micron mica are mixed using a mixing machine, such as the Hosokawa Nauta Mixer (trademark).
Mix for 10 minutes. The colored pigment paste and isostearyl alcohol are mixed in an emulsifying machine, e.g. Dispermill (trademark).
Once the temperature is raised to 60°C, the mixture is sprayed from above into the Hosokawa Nauta mixer using the Micro Injection (trademark) nozzle attached to the mixer, and the mixture is mixed with mica for about 15 minutes until it becomes crumbly. Mix. At this time, the material may be crushed and dispersed using a crushing device installed at the bottom of the Hosokawa Nauta mixer, such as a lamp breaker (trademark). After adding about 5% water, cyclodextrin and fragrance are mixed and stirred in a dry mixer for about 1 hour until dry, and after drying, they are put into a Hosokawa Nauta mixer and mixed uniformly. The mixture of all components is re-dispersed and adjusted in particle size using a pulverizer connected to the outlet of the Hosokawa Nauta mixer, such as Hosokawa Micron Fisotsu Mill (trademark), and the product is filled into a container.
