[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention provides flat mica fine powder made of at least one of mica, titanium oxide coated mica, and iron oxide coated mica so as to have unique optical properties, such as gloss and color. Concerning cosmetics containing it. [Prior Art] Conventionally, flat mica fine powders were quite large, for example, 3 μm or more in length and 0.2 μm or more in thickness, and the mica fine powders were individually dispersed and mixed into cosmetics. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, due to the inclusion of flat mica fine powder,
This had the disadvantage that the cosmetics did not spread easily and the result of the makeup was often unsatisfactory. An object of the present invention is to improve the spreadability of cosmetics by adding innovations to fine mica powder. [Means for Solving the Problems] The characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the flat mica fine powder made of at least one of mica, titanium oxide coated mica, and iron oxide coated mica passes through a 1 μm sieve through 70% or more. At the same time, the thickness is 0.2 ~
It consists of ultrafine powder of 0.02μm, and the majority of the ultrafine mica powder has a diameter of 2 to 30μm due to a transparent binder.
This is due to the fact that it is bonded to the small spherules of m, and its effects are as follows. [Effect] In other words, we changed the properties of fine mica powder in various ways and investigated its effects on the spread of cosmetics, optical properties, and skin, and as mentioned above, we found that fine mica powder was made into ultrafine powder, which is much smaller than before. At the same time, it was confirmed that when the microspheres are bound with a transparent binder, there is no adverse effect on the skin, and while the unique optical properties of mica are fully utilized, the spreadability of the cosmetic material can be sufficiently improved. [Effects of the Invention] As a result, makeup that takes advantage of the unique optical properties of beautiful mica can be applied smoothly, beautifully, thinly, and naturally. We are now able to provide extremely superior cosmetics. [Example] Next, an example will be shown. The mica fine powder is an oblate ultrafine mica powder consisting of at least one of mica, titanium oxide coated mica, and iron oxide coated mica, and the size of the oblate ultrafine mica powder is 70% or more with a sieve size of 1 μm. passes through and has a thickness of 0.2 to 0.02 μm. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a large number of ultrafine mica powders 1 are bound by a transparent binder 2 into small spheres with a diameter of 2 to 30 μm, which will hereinafter be referred to as spherical mica. It is called. Binder 2 is silicic acid, calcium silicate,
It is made of titanium oxide, zinc oxide, alumina, or their hydroxides, and one or more of various resins and adhesives, and covers the entire ultrafine mica powder 1. Examples of the components of spherical mica are shown in the table below.

[Table] The above-mentioned spherical mica is mixed into a material suitable for the type of cosmetic to produce a cosmetic with optical properties unique to mica. Specific examples of cosmetics are shown below. (B) Powder foundation spherical mica (average particle size 6 μm) 45 (%) Super micron mica (ultrafine mica) 33 Colored pigment paste 8 Isostearyl alcohol 10 Cyclodextrin 3.5 Fragrance 0.5 In addition, during production, spherical mica and Mix the super micron mica in a mixer, such as the Hosokawa Nauta Mixer™ for 10 minutes. Color pigment paste and isostearyl alcohol are emulsified and mixed in an emulsifying machine, such as a Disper Mill (trademark), and when the temperature is raised to 60°C, it is mixed with a Hosokawa Nauta mixer using a Micro Injection (trademark) nozzle attached to the mixer. Spray it from the top and mix with the mica for about 15 minutes until it becomes crumbly. At this time, a crushing device, such as a lamp breaker (trademark), is installed at the bottom of the Hosokawa Nauta mixer for dispersion.
The resolution frame may be dispersed with . After adding cyclodextrin, fragrance and about 5% water, mix,
Stir with a dry mixer for about 1 hour until dry, then put into a Hosokawa Nauta mixer and mix uniformly. The mixture of all the components is re-dispersed and adjusted in particle size using a pulverizer connected to the outlet of the Hosokawa Nauta mixer, such as Hosokawa Micron Fitu Mill (trademark), and the product is filled into a container. (b) Emulsified foundation spherical mica (average particle size 2 μm) 8 (%) Super micron mica 5 Colored pigment paste 20 Stearic acid 3 Isostearyl alcohol 10 Activator 5 Liquid paraffin 13 Propylene glycol 5 Water 35.5 Fragrance 0.5 During production, all ingredients except fragrance are suspended in an emulsifier, such as Disper Mill (trademark).
Emulsification is carried out while circulating, and when the temperature rises to 80℃, the disper mill is stopped, and the hopper of the disper mill is cooled to below 35℃.Then, the fragrance is put into the hopper, and the disper mill is operated again.
When the temperature rises to ℃, the disper mill is stopped and the mixture is filled into a container to form a product. (c) Oil-based foundation spherical mica (average particle size 10.5 μm) 37 (%) Super micron mica 12 Colored pigment paste 22.7 Liquid paraffin 7 Paraffin 4 Isostearyl alcohol 9 Lanolin 6 Activator 2 Fragrance 0.3 In addition, during production, The spherical mica and supermicron mica are mixed for 7 minutes in a mixer, such as the Hosokawa Nauta Mixer (trademark). All other ingredients except the fragrance are stirred and emulsified in an emulsifier, such as Disper Mill (trademark), until the temperature rises to 80°C, and then removed in a spray form into the Hosokawa Nauta mixer. Heat the container jacket to 90℃, mix for about 5 minutes, cool to 50℃, then add the fragrance and mix for about 5 minutes, then close the container jacket.
Cool to 20℃ and fill the mixture into containers to prepare the product. Next, in order to compare the cosmetics listed in items (a) to (c) above with conventional commercially available products, sensory evaluations were conducted on 50 women over a period of 6 months, and the results are shown in the table below.
Note that A indicates the product of the present invention and B indicates the conventional product. A>B indicates that A is superior to B, and A=B indicates that the two are not much different.
