  1. 基体１に旋回可能に設けられた風向体３に風車
    体９とこの風車体９により回転されるスリツト円
    板１０とを設け、前記基体１内に発光手段と受光
    手段とを設け、前記風向体３に、前記発光手段か
    ら発した光をスリツト円板１０に照射する光フア
    イバー１６と前記スリツト円板１０によつて光パ
    ルスに変換された光を前記受光手段に送る光フア
    イバー１７とを設けたことを特徴とする風向風速
    計。
