きに重ね合わせてエレメント３を構成し、複数の
前記エレメント３を積層してなるオイルクーラに
おいて、前記プレート２が平面ドーナツ形に形成
されると共に、一対の前記オイル連通孔１，１が
中心に対してほぼ１８０度位置を離れて夫々穿設
され且つ、両連通孔１，１間がその周方向に進行
する波形４に曲折形成されると共に、該波の稜線
が全て同一方向に湾曲する弧状に形成され、隣接
する前記プレート２，２の前記稜線同志は、互い
に前記湾曲方向が逆向きに形成されて交差するよ
