部に当接される鍔部８と、ボス３の中間部に形成され前
記各孔１を貫通する貫通部５と、一端がボス３の端面に
開口し他端が前記貫通部５に開口して各エレメントに連
通ずる連通孔６と、前記ネジ部４に螺着さた各エレメン
ト２を互いに締結する締結部材７と、を具備することを
