部材挿通孔1を有すると共に、該孔1から外周に
いたる欠切部2が形成され且つ、その全外周縁部
がわずかに立ち上げられて全体が皿状に形成され
ると共に、前記欠切部2に夫々近接して一対の連
通孔5が穿設された同一形状の複数のプレート6
と、複数の該プレート6を互いに逆向きにして接
合してなるコア7と、該コア7を被嵌すると共に
、一端が閉塞された筒状のケーシング8と、を具
備し、前記コア7内に被冷却用熱交換媒体が流通
すると共に、前記ケーシング8内に冷却水が流通
