Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1、所定の深さのひだを所定縫い目毎に自動的に形成す
るひだ取り機構を具えたミシンにおいて、ひだ取り用布
地を布地の送り方向に対して横方向へ変位せしめる布地
ガイド手段と、この布地ガイド手段の駆動手段と、前記
布地ガイド手段とその駆動手段とを連動する手段とを有
することを特徴とするミシンの自動ひだ取り装置。 2、二本以上の縫い針を具えた特許請求の範囲第1項記
載のミシンの自動ひだ取り装置。 3、ひだ取り用布地を布地送り方向に対して両側又は片
側に変位させる布地ガイド手段を具えた特許請求の範囲
第1項記載のミシンの自動ひだ取り装置。 4、ベース板上に設けた支持板に配設した回転板の中心
に、ミシンの横シャフトの駆動によりギア部材を介して
回転自在の中心軸を嵌挿固定し、前記中心軸と回転板に
立設した軸とに偏心カムの中心孔と係合孔とをそれぞれ
嵌合させ、回転台に近接してベース板に枢着したほぼL
字状の第1レバ上に設けたカムローラが偏心カムのカム
溝に係合してなる駆動手段を有する特許請求の範囲第1
項記載のミシンの自動ひだ取り装置。 5、回転台に近接してベース板に枢支された第1レバの
ガイドローラが係合して摺動自在の長溝を設けた第2レ
バを、ベース板上を摺動自在にして端部に案内孔を設け
た第3レバに枢着し、一端にひだ取り用布地ガイド部を
有し、他端は第3レバと連結されて案内台に設けた溝内
を横動自在の第4レバを設けてなる連動手段を具えた特
許請求の範囲第1項記載のミシンの自動ひだ取り装置。 6、前記横動自在の第4レバの腕部に装着され、その中
央にひだ取り用布地を通過させるガイド孔を設けたひだ
取り用布地保持手段を有する特許請求の範囲第1項記載
のミシンの自動ひだ取り装置。 7、回動角度制御装置を具えた第2レバを有する特許請
求の範囲第5項記載のミシンの自動ひだ取り装置。
[Claims] 1. The center hole and engagement hole of the eccentric cam are respectively fitted to the upright shaft, and the approximately L shape is pivoted to the base plate close to the rotary table.
