動ローラの間欠回転量を調節し、テープの送り量
を変えていた。駆動ローラを間欠回転させるには
通常、該ローラを固着する送り軸にワンウエイク
ラツチを設け、該クラツチのクランクと主軸に設
けた偏心カムとをロツドで連結して行つており、
送り量の調節には主軸に設けた偏心カムを偏心量
が調節可能な偏心カム機構にしてその偏心量を変
えることによつて行う方法と、ロツドとクランク
の連結位置をクランクの径方向に変えることによ
り行う方法とがあつた。しかしながら前者の方法
では主軸の軸心より偏心中心までの間隔、すなわ
ち偏心量を見極めることができず、したがつて所
望の送り量に設定するのが容易でなく、しかも偏
心カムは図示するように主軸端のプーリとミシン
本体との間に設けてあり、作業空間が狭く、かつ
見えにくいため作業性が悪い難点があつた。

ランク11に通されて長孔12内に突出し、止め
具24により回動のみ可能に軸支される段付ネジ
25が螺着され、該段付ネジ25を回動操作する
と、段付ネジ13が長孔内を移動し、その位置が
調節されるようになつている。

心カム29の第一の偏心カムの偏心中心よりの偏
心量をe2としたとき(e2<e1に設定される)軸心
cよりの偏心量が最小e1−e2となり、他方の溝端
に達するまで180゜回すと、最大e1+e2となるよう
にしてあり、最大偏心量e1+e2と最小偏心量e1
e2の各偏心中心は第5図に示すように軸心cと同
一線上に位置し、Y方向にのみ変位されるように
なつている。そして各位置において止めネジ36
により第一の偏心カム上で固定され、その上にボ
ーベアリング37を介してロツド上端を外嵌して
いる。しかして主軸27に連動してクランク11
が揺動し、ワンウエイクラツチ10により送り軸
9を介して駆動ローラ4が間欠回転される。

が上記実施例によるものよりも狭くなり、したが
つてクランクの長さを更に短かくして送り軸の位
相の変化を少くすることができる。

ミングのずれを少くすることができ、従来のもの
の欠点が解消される。

欠回転駆動される駆動ローラと、該ローラとの
間にテープを挟む押えローラとを有するミシン
のテープ送り装置において、偏心カム機構中に
は主軸に対する偏心量の調整が数段階で行わ
れ、各調整段階でロツド21が上下方向に変位
する偏心カム29を設け、またロツド21とク
ランク11の連結部がクランクの揺動中心に向
つて位置調整可能であるテープ送り装置。 (2) 偏心カム機構中に設けられる上記偏心カム2
9は主軸27に固着の第一の偏心カム28上に
回動可能に外嵌してその回動範囲が規制手段に
より180゜の範囲内に規制されるようになつてお
り、第一の偏心カム28への取付けは上記範囲

可能に嵌合するピン33とである登録請求の範
囲第2項記載のミシンのテープ送り装置。 (4) 偏心カム機構中に設けられる上記偏心カムは
主軸に回動可能に外嵌して取付けられるととも
に長孔内に嵌合し、偏心カムの回動によるロツ
ドの上下位置の調整は位置決め手段より数段階
で行われる登録請求の範囲第1項記載のミシン
のテープ送り装置。 (5) 位置決め手段は周方向に表示される目盛であ
る登録請求の範囲第4項記載のミシンのテープ
送り装置。 (6) 位置決め手段はノツチ溝と該溝に嵌合係止す
