4が付設されている。なお音声蓄積装置4と接続
可能な加入者1は押しボタンダイヤル式電話機を
使用するものとする。第1図および第2図におい
て、加入者2との通話を希望する加入者1が発呼
し加入者2の電話番号をダイヤルすると、交換機
3は公知の方法により加入者2を選択して呼出信
号を送ると共に、加入者1には呼出音を返送す
る。加入者2が不在の為何時迄も応答しない場合
に、不在代行サービスを希望する加入者1が音声
蓄積装置4と接続する為に予め定められた操作
(例えば特殊番号を選択)を行うと、交換機3は
音声蓄積装置4の回線対応部9に至る通話路を設
定し、音声蓄積装置4に起動信号を送り、加入者
1には呼出音を返送する。起動された音声蓄積装
置4が応答信号を返送すると、交換機3はネツト
ワーク5を介して加入者1と音声蓄積装置4との
間に通話路を設定する。加入者1は自己の電話番
号、加入者2の電話番号および不在代行サービス
の希望を示す為に予め定められた不在代行サービ
ス番号を順次ダイヤルする。該二種類の電話番号
および不在代行サービス番号はPB信号形式で、
前記通話路を経由して音声蓄積装置4に伝達され
る。音声蓄積装置4においては、制御部10内の
情報受信部11が加入者1から伝達される前記二
種類の電話番号および不在代行サービス番号を受
信し、サービス決定部12に伝達する。サービス
決定部12は、加入者1に提供すべきサービスを
加入者2に関する不在代行サービスと決定する。
該決定に基づき音声蓄積装置4は、前記通話路を
経由して加入者1に不在代行サービスを実施す

望してダイヤル発信の後、該他の加入者の不在若
しくは話中を認識して前記サービスの種類を定め
る特殊番号をもつてサービスの提供を要求したと
き、該特殊番号により前記サービスの要求を認織
し、前記ダイヤル信号送信手段と前記サービス装
置との間に通話路を設定すると共に前記情報通知
手段に前記呼情報を伝達し、該通話路を介して前
記ダイヤル信号送信手段の送信するダイヤル信号
により前記呼情報を伝達することにより達成され

により加入者2を選択して呼出信号を送ると共
に、加入者1には呼出音を返送する。加入者2が
不在の為何時迄も応答しない場合に、不在代行サ
ービスを希望する加入者1が音声蓄積装置4と接
続する為に予め定められた前記操作(例えば特殊
番号を選択)を行うと、交換機3で処理中の総て
の呼の状態を監視する中央制御装置6内の呼状態
監視部7が、加入者1が加入者2を呼出中に音声
蓄積装置4との接続を要求したことを検出し、加
入者1が不在代行サービスの提供を希望している
ことを判別し、加入者1および加入者2の電話番
号、並びに前記不在代行サービス番号を情報通知
部14に伝達する。同時に中央制御装置6は、ネ
ツトワーク5を介して音声蓄積装置4の空き回線
対応部9とPB信号送信器15との間に通話路を
設定し、音声蓄積装置4に起動信号を送り、加入
者1には呼出音を返送する。情報通知部14は、
伝達された二種類の電話番号および不在代行サー
ビス番号をPB信号送信器15に伝達する。PB信
号送信器15は、伝達された二種類の電話番号お
よび不在代行サービス番号をPB信号形式で前記
通話路に対し順次送出する。音声蓄積装置4にお
いては、交換機3からの起動信号を受信した後、
制御部10内の情報受信部11がPB信号送信器
