A raised-type surface with good cushioning properties, similar to general carpet, was desired. For smooth outer fabrics such as needle punched felt, it is easy to heat press bond using a hot melt type adhesive sheet, but in the case of napped type, the nap of the outer fabric collapses due to the temperature and pressure during hot press bonding, causing the product to deteriorate. It is inferior in quality, and the sitting comfort is similar to the smooth surface of a needle punch. Especially when using a carpet with a tufted nape outer fabric,
Normally, a polymer packing agent such as SBR, acrylic, or polyvinyl alcohol (EVA) is applied to the back side to prevent pile sutures from being pulled out, but this packing agent and a polyethylene sheet made of polymer hot melt adhesive are used. are bonded together by heat pressing, but adhesive strength cannot be obtained especially with SBR and polyethylene film because the heat meltability of the adhesive is poor. For this reason, the heat press applies high temperature and pressure to increase the adhesive strength and bond the surface material and the heater-incorporated base material. In this case, the tufted pile yarn will collapse.

To provide a planar heating device with cushioning properties that is comfortable to sit on without falling over.

Various heaters such as a heating element, metal foil heater, conductor-polymer composite sheet heating element, etc. can be used. Further, as the base material, polymer sheets such as polyester, polycarbonate, vinyl polymer, etc., nonwoven fabrics, etc. can be used. High molecular,
As the metal laminated sheet, a metal foil coated with or laminated with polyacrylate, polyester, polyurethane, epoxy, etc. is used.
Since metal foil has high thermal conductivity, it functions as a heat equalizing plate, and in addition to metal foil, metal powder may be mixed into the polymer sheet.

In particular, the polyethylene film 5 is made into a film using a film having a low MI value of about 1 to 10 by inflation processing, and the film is formed as a base for the layer 4 or 4' to be processed in the next step. For this layer 4 or 4', a polyethylene grade for resin molding or lamination with an MI value of 20 to 40 is used.

The surface treatment material is formed by laminating a surface treatment material 6 of a polymer such as treated polyester, polyurethane, or epoxy, and polyethylene 8 of a hot melt adhesive. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, when the nonwoven fabric 11 is laminated on the adhesive layer 4'', a hot melt adhesive is used.

Desirably, the temperature is 20 to 40°C, but in order to further increase the adhesive strength, the processing temperature of the resin when forming layers 4 and 4' is usually 200 to 260°C, but in this case it is 300 to 320°C. Temperature processing increases the orientation between molecules and promotes double bonds, thereby increasing adhesion. To increase adhesive strength
Increasing the MI value and further increasing the processing temperature will improve the effect.
