Claims (1)
- 被加工物を複数個の支持部材により支持し、こ
の支持部材により支持された被加工物を複数個の
クランプ材により押圧しクランプするものにおい
て、上記支持部材とクランプ材にそれぞれ設けら
れ上記被加工物に対するクランプ力を検出する検
出センサと、これら検出センサによつて検出され
るクランプ力が所定値になるように上記クランプ
材の動作量を制御する制御部とを具備してなるこ
とを特徴とするクランプ装置。
