【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
この考案は車体におけるサイドメンバ等の、長
手方向に溝部を有する車体用骨組部材の補強構造

(従来の技術)

し電気配線を行ない易くした車体用骨組部材の補

(問題点を解決するための手段)
本考案の手段は、サイドメンバ等の長手方向に
溝部を有し、溝部を閉じるようにパネル板と固着
されるチヤンネル状の骨組部材の溝部内には、溝
部幅に等しく、かつ中央部に頂部を有して長手方
向にチヤンネル状に曲げ形成され、かつ内側に凹
部を有する補強部材を、骨組部材溝部内において
補強部材の頂部側に電気配線を挿通する所定の隙
間を設けて、かつ前記補強部材凹部の開口を溝部
内底面あるいはパネル板により閉じるように溝部
内に配置させて固着せしめてなる車体用骨組部材

次に、本考案を第1〜第3図に示す実施例に基
づいて説明する。第1図〜第3図において、1は

を曲げ加工して形成されている。2はサイドメン
バ1の溝部で、3,3は溝部2の開2C側に設
けられたサイドメンバ1の固着片である。5はサ
イドメンバ1の溝部2内の所定個所に固着された
補強部材であつて、溝部2の上部側あるいは下部
側、本例では上部側に所定間隔H2の隙間部4を
設けるため、補強部材5の高さは溝部2の深さH
1より低く形成されている。補強部材5は鋼板を
チヤンネル状に曲げ形成されていて、本例では溝
部2の底面2Aより、開口2C側に向かう斜状の
側板部6と、この側板部6上端より頂部となる水
平状に設けられた水平板部7と、この水平板部7
の後端より底面2Aに向かう、縦向きの側板部8
とよりなり、内側に凹部を有する断面〓形状に形
成され、各側板部6,8および水平板部7は溝部
2幅に等しくされ、かつ各々固着片6A〜8Bが
設けられていて、補強部材5はその凹部の開口を
閉じるように各固着片6A〜8Bにて溝部2内の
底面2A、両側面2B,2Bに溶接にて固着され

するパネル板9部位間に隙間部4が形成されるた
め、該隙間部4を介して電気配線10が行なわれ
る。なお、溝部2内に固着された〓形状の補強部
材5は各固着片6A〜6B7A・7A,8A〜8

着されていて、サイドメンバ1の変形防止に役立

は、骨組部材溝部の下部側に所定の隙間を保有さ
せかつ補強部材凹部の開口を前記パネル板にて閉
じるように溝部上端に配置し、前記した実施例の
補強部材とは上下逆向き配置にされ、補強部材頂

なしたので、本考案の所期の諸目的が確実に達成
される。すなわち、本考案においては溝部に固着
した補強部材により、衝撃等の外力に対する変形
が防止されることは勿論であり、かつ、溝部にお
ける補強部材は溝部の底部側あるいは上部側に所
定の隙間を保有させて固着したため、この隙間部
より電気配線が容易となり電気配線の作業性を向

着せしめてなることを特徴とした車体用骨組部材
