Or, in order to adhere and fix patterns created by surface treatment such as dry brating and machining to objects to be adhered, general adhesives are applied by printing, roll coating, spraying, etc., but uniform application is difficult. Furthermore, during long-term storage, patterns may shift or become difficult to transfer to objects to be adhered, and patterns consisting of small characters in particular often cannot be adhesively fixed to objects to be adhered.

The present invention relates to an image forming method characterized in that a negative original plate is placed thereon and ultraviolet rays are irradiated from above to partially cure the adhesive according to the density of the negative original plate, and then a release paper is removed.

第6図に示すとおりである。(Problems to be solved by the invention) The above patent application 1983
The invention of -131112 uses a release paper (release paper), and when the release paper is removed after irradiation with ultraviolet rays, both the UV-cured and uncured parts of the adhesive remain attached to the transparent film. Since only the release paper is peeled off, this method does not allow adhesive to be applied only to the back side of the pattern along the pattern. Therefore, when the pattern is transferred to an object to be adhered and bonded, the ultraviolet-cured portion is also transferred to the object to be adhered. The steps of this conventional pattern bonding method are shown in FIG.

する。(Means for solving the problem) A transparent holding film, a pressure-sensitive agent, a light-blocking pattern, an ultraviolet-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a crystalline film are laminated in this order, and the transparent holding film is irradiated with ultraviolet rays. The part of the cured pressure-sensitive material not in contact with the internal light-transmitting pattern is cured with ultraviolet light and adhesively fixed to the crystalline film, while the part in contact with the light-blocking pattern remains uncured to form a laminate. Separate the film and crystalline film, and separate the pattern with the uncured UV-cured pressure-sensitive adhesive attached to the transparent holding film, and the cured part of the UV-cured pressure-sensitive adhesive attached to the crystalline film. The pattern is adhesively fixed to the adherend by peeling off the holding transparent film after pressing the pattern bonded with the adhesive against the adherend.

At this time, the adhesive force between the uncured adhesive and the pattern is stronger than the adhesive force between the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the pattern, so when the transparent holding film is pulled, the pattern separates from the transparent film side and is attached to the adhesive. It remains in the body.

A transparent holding film, a pressure-sensitive agent, a light-shielding pattern, an ultraviolet-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a crystalline film are laminated in this order, and ultraviolet rays are irradiated from the side of the transparent holding film to form an ultraviolet-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive. It consists of a laminate in which the part of the adhesive that is not in contact with the light-shielding pattern is cured, and the part in contact is left uncured.
Separate the transparent holding film and the crystalline film, and the pattern is attached to the transparent holding film with the uncured UV-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive attached, and the cured part of the UV-cured pressure-sensitive adhesive is attached to the crystalline film. Pattern retention allows the pattern to be adhesively fixed to the adherend by peeling off the transparent holding film after pressing the pattern onto the adherend and then separating the pattern with UV-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive. laminate. 2. Claim 1, characterized in that the light-shielding pattern is made up of a plurality of patterns, and the holding transparent film, the pressure-sensitive agent, and the UV-cured pressure-sensitive adhesive are half-cut for each pattern. The pattern-retaining laminate described. 3 Layer the transparent holding film, pressure-sensitive agent, light-shielding pattern, UV-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive, and crystalline film in this order, and irradiate ultraviolet rays from the side of the transparent holding film to cure the UV-cured portion of the UV-curable pressure-sensitive agent. Adhesively fix to crystalline film,
Separate the transparent holding film and the crystalline film, and the pattern is attached to the transparent holding film with the uncured UV-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive attached, and the cured part of the UV-cured pressure-sensitive adhesive is attached to the crystalline film. A pattern adhesion method in which the pattern is separated with UV-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive and then pressed against the object to be adhered, and then the transparent holding film is peeled off to adhere and fix the pattern to the object to be adhered.
