Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the cleaning of a complicated ventilating duct without fail, and to improve the operating efficiency of a cleaning, by forcibly producing an air flow along any passage which is going to be cleaned, and by inducing a steam injection nozzle along the air flow by a parachute at a predetermined speed. CONSTITUTION:When a cleaning work is going to be conducted from a feed air port A to a suction air port B in a ventilating duct 1, a fan 'a' is installed on the side of the above-mentioned feed air port A, and a suction device 'b' is set on the side of the above-mentioned suction air port B. That is, a pressurized air flow is to be produced from the above-mentioned feed air port A to the above-mentioned suction air port B in the above-mentioned ventilating duct 1. Then a steam injection nozzle 2, which blows steam in high temperature under high pressure to the bottom wall and its neighborhood of a ventilating duct 1, is inserted and is induced by a parachute 3.

<Conventional technology and its problems> A method of removing dust that has adhered to the inside of ventilation ducts of buildings for a long time is to attach a brush or the like to the tip of a core material such as a wire, and scrub the inside of the duct while cleaning. However, in this case, it is very time-consuming to clean all the inside of the duct, which is complicated like a maze, and it is difficult to operate the brush in the bent duct. There are various protrusions and openings for attachment to the lower duct inside, and the brush gets caught on the protrusions, making it very difficult to proceed.

Means for Solving the Problems> The above object of the method of the present invention can be achieved by the following method. That is, the gist is that in a method of cleaning the inside of a ventilation duct, an airflow is forcibly generated from an arbitrarily determined ventilation port of the ventilation duct to an intake port, and from the ventilation port to the intake port l\bara chute. r! 4 led. A steam injection nozzle is inserted, and the high-temperature, high-pressure water vapor sprayed from the distribution steam injection nozzle peels off and removes the dust adhering to the inner wall surface of the ventilation duct, and sterilizes it at the same time as it is transported to the intake port l\. This is a unique method for cleaning inside ventilation ducts.

Example 1 Figure 1 shows the method for cleaning inside a ventilation duct according to the method of the present invention, with reference to the drawings showing the embodiment. 1 is a schematic explanatory diagram showing one embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the air outlet A of the ventilation duct (1)
When performing the cleaning operation toward the air intake port B, the air blower a is arranged on the entrance side of the air intake port A, and the air intake device 71b is arranged on the exit side of the air intake port 5. In other words, the ventilation duct (1) Inside the ventilation duct (1), a strong air (C) is generated from the L distribution air outlet A toward the intake port B2.Therefore, as shown in Figure 2, high temperature and high pressure is generated on the bottom surface of the ventilation duct (1) and its surroundings. A steam injection nozzle (2) that sprays steam is inserted and guided by a parachute (3).

Embodiment 2 Section 31:4 shows a light connection between the steam injection nozzle described in detail in Embodiment 1 and the steam generator (4) located outside the ventilation duct 1-(1"I). The L distribution steam pipe (5) is connected to the steam generator (4) by a steam pipe (5) made of a flexible material.
In the method of the present invention having the above configuration, the air blower a and the air intake device zb are connected to the air outlet of the ventilation duct (1). A and intake port B1
11 By arranging the parachute, the air fLC is forcibly generated, and the water vapor injection nozzle guided to the parachute is first inserted from the air outlet A.

The parachute (3) receives air from the air blower a, and directs the water vapor injection nozzle to the air intake port B side I\
The dust adhering to the inner wall of the ventilation duct (1) is peeled off and removed by the injection of high-temperature steam, and the separated dust is transferred to the intake air by the air flow C. The dust will be collected into the housing rIIb. The steam injection nozzle is connected in communication with a winding section (6) attached to the steam generator (4) outside the ventilation duct through a steam pipe (5), and the steam jet nozzle is connected at a constant speed to the winding section (6) attached to the steam generator (4) outside the ventilation duct. Because it is sent out, automatic operation is possible. In addition, the high-temperature, high-pressure water vapor injected at this time also performs a killing process, and is immediately cooled by the air flow C.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the method of the present invention, airflow is forced along the desired cleaning path of the ventilation duct,
Since the steam jet and nozzle that are sent out at a constant speed along the airflow are guided by the parachutes 1 to 1, even the inside of a complicated ventilation duct can be reliably cleaned, and work efficiency can be improved.
