(Prior art) Conventionally, in concrete buildings that are poured on-site, when wall parts such as columns and waist walls or columns and wing walls are integrated, the wall parts become like pillars when vibrations such as earthquakes occur. It is known that this impedes the deformability of the column and weakens the rigidity of the column.

Conventionally, as a means to prevent the above-mentioned drawbacks, there have been structures in which a low-strength joint is formed between a column and a wall part, and the low-strength joint is expected to break when vibration occurs. have been proposed (e.g.
(Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-32532), and as a recent standard for concrete construction methods, it is required to form some kind of destructible part between the pillar and the wall part as described above.

In order to form the area scheduled for failure as described above, a spacer member (slit member) is placed at the joint between a column and a wall such as a waist wall, or a joint member for inducing cracks is placed at a part of the joint. It is known that they are arranged on the side, and recently various shapes, structures, etc. of the spacer members and joint members as described above have been proposed. Generally, these members are provided with a water return piece that is located within the wall surface to prevent rainwater from entering through the joint surface between the member and the concrete.

However, in the conventional type, the water return piece cannot be made too long due to the strength of the wall thickness from the water return piece to the wall surface, so there is a risk that water will get over the water return piece and seep into the room. It was hot.

In addition, in conventional methods, when the upper floors are joined using the joining method, the lower end of the spacer member or joint member is located on the joining surface.
The water stopped by the water return piece descends along the water return piece, and this permeates into the indoor side along the pouring surface,
There was a risk that the liquid might leak onto the floor or drip from the ceiling.

(Purpose of the invention) The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional wall structure described above, and to be able to properly stop rainwater even if it gets over the water return pieces of the spacer member or joint member. Another object of the present invention is to provide a wall structure that can properly drain rainwater to the outside even if it falls along the water return piece.

(Structure of the invention) The wall structure of a concrete building according to the invention is as follows:
In a wall structure in which a low-strength joint is formed by vertically arranging a spacer member or a joint member between a column of a concrete building cast on-site and a wall portion such as a waist wall, the above-mentioned spacer member Alternatively, a water stop member is arranged behind the water return piece provided on the joint member, and a saucer with a drainage part formed in a part is arranged below the water return piece and the water stop member, and the drainage part is arranged below the water return piece and the water stop member. The tip is buried so that it is exposed on the outer wall surface of the wall section.

Therefore, even if rainwater gets over the water return piece provided on the spacer member or the joint member, it can be properly stopped by the water stopper placed behind it, and moreover, the water can be stopped by the water return piece provided on the spacer member or the joint member. Even if the water falls along the roof, it can be properly discharged to the outside, and water can be prevented from flowing out onto the floor through the joint surface or dripping from the ceiling.

In the figure, 1 is a pillar part of a concrete building, and 2 is a wall part such as a waist wall or a wing wall, which is constructed by casting on site. A low-strength joint is formed at the joint between the pillar part 1 and the wall part 2.
As shown in FIG. 1, a spacer member S is vertically interposed between or at least in a portion of the wall portion 2 close to the pillar portion 1, as shown in FIG. In some cases, joint members M, M for inducing cracks are vertically arranged on the outer side and the inner side of the wall portion 2 in the vicinity of the portion 1.

The above spacer member S is the column part 1 due to earthquake etc.
In order to create a vibration-absorbing structure that can absorb the vibrations of the wall portion 2, base materials 4, 4 made of synthetic resin are usually arranged facing each other, and in order to eliminate water absorption between them. A flexible partition 5 made of closed-cell polyethylene foam or the like is inserted into the holder. Note that 5a is a synthetic resin sheet placed on both sides of the flexible partition 5.

The base material 4 is composed of opposing legs 6 and connecting parts 7, and its overall cross-sectional shape is approximately "H" shaped, "M" shaped, or more flexible. There are various types, such as those in which the connecting part 7 is formed in a "W" shape in order to make the connecting part 7 "W" shaped, and those in which a flat plate 4a is integrally joined to the outer surface to eliminate the need for caulking. Even when 4 and 4 are disposed facing each other, there are cases where the same type of substrates are disposed and cases where base materials of different shapes are disposed. In addition, when a joint member M for inducing cracks is arranged as shown in FIG. It is constructed by inserting a flexible material 8.

For the purpose described above, the saucer 10 has a shape and area that substantially accommodates the lower edge of the water stop member 3. That is, the saucer 10 is formed of synthetic resin into a planar shape as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and the bottom plate portion 11 is composed of a rectangular portion 11a and a trapezoidal portion 11b. The bottom plate part 11 has a peripheral wall 1
2 is formed, and a drainage part 13 is formed in a part thereof, and an inclined surface 14 is formed on the bottom plate part 11 so that the side of the drainage part 13 is lowered.
Reference numeral 15 denotes an anchor protruding from the lower surface of the saucer 10. In the embodiment, the bottom plate portion 11 of the saucer 10 is provided with a step between the rectangular portion 11a and the trapezoidal portion 11b, but it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to this.

It is sufficient that the water stop member 3 is located behind the water return piece 9 and can substantially follow the water return piece 9;
Therefore, its shape, material, etc. do not matter, but
In the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, there is a base plate 16 made of synthetic resin and attached to both sides of the flexible partition 5 or the flexible object 8, and an end portion of the flexible partition 5 or the flexible object 8. It consists of a connecting part 17 having a "U"-shaped cross section so as to be able to hold the water-stopping piece 18, and a water-stopping piece 18 protruding outward from the base plate part 16. A curved portion 19 is formed, and a plurality of water-stopping ribs 19a are protrudingly formed in the middle.

Normally, a pouring joint bar 24 (lateral joint) is placed at the pouring joint, but this joint bar 24 may have a sub-seam portion 24a as shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, there is one that does not have this, and the drainage portion 13 of the saucer 10 is arranged so as to come into contact with the back wall portion 25 of this joint bar 24. In addition, in the present invention, a fiber sheet 26 such as paper is arranged on the lower surface side of the joint bar 24, and after the joint bar is removed, the fiber sheet 26 is embedded by caulking applied here, and water is absorbed into the fiber sheet. to be externally derived via .

In FIG. 8, the water stop member 3 is made of iron plate, and although the water stop rib 19a is not formed in the illustrated example, it is obvious that the rib can be formed by press molding. In addition, the water stop member 3 shown in FIG. 9 is intended to be placed between the spacer members S when the spacer member S is used, and the water stop member 3 is formed into a substantially "T" shape and the base 27 is as described above. It is pasted on the sheet 5a and made to protrude from both sides. In this case, the bent portion 19 and the water stop rib 19a are formed to protrude in both directions.
