PURPOSE:To facilitate drying of articles inside a vehicle by detachably fitting, to the conditioning air blow-out port of the vehicle, a free blow-out port provided with an air blasting port on the front end thereof, wherein the free blow- out port contains a nichrome wire capable of being energized from a cigarette lighter therein. CONSTITUTION:A free blow-out port A is composed of a main body provided with a fitting claw attachably/detachably fitted to/from the conditioning air blow-out port B of a vehicle on its one end (a base portion), and a flexible hose extending from the main body, front end portion of which serves as an air blasting port. In addition, in the main body is arranged a nichrome wire which is energized through a power supply code capable of being connected to a cigarette lighter port used as required.
